Eventually the jet landed and everyone set off to the hotel to put their stuff in their rooms before going to the station. We quickly briefed at the station before getting to work.

Amory bumped into Reid, knocking papers he was holding over. She bends down to help him pick up the papers and notices his glasses on the ground. She picks them up and carefully puts them on him before trying to fix his already messy hair with her hand after handing him the rest of the papers.

"Thanks." he says.

"No problem. I never see you wear your glasses. Something change today?"

"Just tired. Hey, are you ok? You kinda avoided me and sat with Hotch most of the plane ride after talking about Haley."

"I wasn't avoiding you. It's just not something I talk about a lot. Something that isn't talked about much cause I was taken out of that house before you and the team got there for a reason and also I know it hurts Aaron just as much as it does me to talk about her. Trauma that we don't talk about cause we know that if we do we'll both start blaming ourselves for her death even though it isn't our fault. So let's just please focus on the case, Spencer. Please."

"Ok. We can just focus on the case for now, but if you ever want to talk about it, I'm here." Spencer says before they walk into the conference room where the team is working on the case in the station and sit down next to each other.

"Garcia, did we get the crime scene surveillance video yet?" Hotch asks the techie on the other side of a computer screen.

"No sir, cause we didn't get any." She responds.

"That's not possible. Every inch of the casino is surveilled every minute of every day." Reid said

"Alright, Reid and Lucky go to the crime scene. Dave, you and JJ find out if Savino was involved in anything the local authorities don't know about. Morgan, Prentiss and I will contact the local FBI office and arrange a ceasefire with the families." Hotch orders.

Reid and Meghan are let into the crime scene by a staff member with a key card.

"Electric strike lock. Impressive." Amory says.

"And hard to bypass. If this was a robbery the unsub must've slipped in right behind him."

"But Savino could have known the killer. Could've let him in himself. He wasn't expecting this to turn into a brawl."

"Maybe the unsub wasn't either. If this was premeditated, you'd think he would have brought a knife or a gun with him. The bowling trophies are a weapon of opportunity." Reid says as he looks down at the broken, bloody bowling trophy.

"Is this the only camera?" Amory asks the hotel staff member.

"Yes, ma'am but the disk was removed." The hotel staff member replies.

"The casinos have a central terminal that backs up and stores all surveillance footage, right?" Reid asks as he turns around to face the staff member.

"Mr. Savino didn't want that in his office. He put in a personal camera." The hotel member answered.

"So the victim bypassed a security system that would've revealed his own killer." Reid says.

"What didn't he was anyone to see?" Amory asks, looking into a security camera.

After Reid and Meghan finish checking out the crime scene Reid grabs her by the waist and kisses her on the lips. Amory smiles and wraps her arms around his shoulders and kisses him back.
