SabiGiyu Oneshot

Meeting

The cover is pretty misleading. I give the photo credits to the person who drew the cover of this chapter. This is also my first oneshot, so I apologize if it's terrible. This is a fluffy story in which Giyu briefly meets Sabito. A short story.

I was sad. Huddled behind this building, shaking-but not from the cold-was just sad. But, I couldn't face the stage; I couldn't in front of all those people. So here I am, huddled next to a vending machine behind this theater as the light in my eyes slowly dies.

"Are you okay?" A voice said behind my ear.

Shocked, I jumped away. Widening my eyes, our eyes met as a shock flew through me.
There was a guy with spiky peach hair and kind lavender eyes.

He leaned towards me, concerned.
"Are you okay?" He repeated.

I mumbled, "Y-yeah,"

"What are you doing out here?" He questioned, slightly tilting his head.

Slightly sitting up and hiding my head in my knees, I murmured: "N-nothing."

Inserting money into the vending machine, he then got two drinks. And he sat down next to me, who wasn't even looking him in the eyes.

Trying not to freak out, he suddenly offered: "Here. Soda."

Unable to comprehend, I rigidly stared at him.
He pressed on, "Here."

His hand extended towards me, and I took it. But oh-our hands touched. And in that moment, it seemed that I wasn't the only one blushing. I quickly took the soda can, sure that my ears were red.

Looking away, I whispered; "Thank you."

"Why are you here?" Went the man

I forced out: "I...I kind of...get stage fright"

Surprisingly, he nodded his head: "I do too, sometimes."

Widening my eyes, he saw and merely laughed: "We all do at some point."

Replying, I blushed: "I-I didn't know that." I finally faced him, smiling freely: "Thank you!"

He just stared, then abruptly covered his face with his hands. Then his ears reddened.

I questioned, "Hm?"

He shot up, red-faced: "I-I got to go. Bye!" He said frantically, running inside.

Suddenly sad, I just sat there. Until-he ran back towards me, and shouted: "My name's Sabito! It was nice to meet you!" Then he ran away again, disappearing. Something took place inside of me, and before I knew it, the negative emotions had vanished; something new was taking place
