Chapter 77: Incoming threat

(Back on Leora, Cass has been hit by a bolt of lightning from Oberon's planet beacon)

Galaxy: Cass your...

Cass: Just forget about me, destroy that damn beacon, I believe you can do it

Galaxy: Don't worry, you will get on your two feet, heathy and alive

Cass: Just destroy the beacon first. GO!!!!!

(Galaxy in anger infuses her fist with ice and punches the beacon which doesn't have any effect on her punch)

Galaxy: Hmmm how can we destroy thi-

(All of a sudden a loud bang comes from the sky, Galaxy looks up to see a meteor)

Cass: That's not what I think it is?

Galaxy: I'm afraid it is

Cass: Just get to safety

Galaxy: Yeah we will

Cass: No leave me, I'll slow you down

Galaxy: No I won't lea-

Cass: Princess, if you bring me with you then you won't be able to get down this building safe

Galaxy: If I go now, I can be safe if this building falls, that's what your saying

Cass: Yeah why?

Galaxy: Your a genius

Cass: Wait how?

(Galaxy shoots thirty icicles into the beacon which get stuck)

Galaxy: Once this building falls this beacon will go with it

(She then shoots the bottom of the beacon to keep it in stuck to the building)

Galaxy: Now since the meteor is coming from the north of the city, then if the building falls from the shockwave it will fall north as well. Most likely

Cass: Well it's worth a try to see if your correct

Galaxy: I suppose so, if it falls north then it will land in the river which goes through the city, if it isn't exposed to oxygen then it might die or something like that

Cass: How would you know to remove oxygen?

Galaxy: I don't, I assume it needs it because when it hit you it got stronger and you lost all your breath

Cass: You think the beacon took my oxygen in my body when it hit me?

Galaxy: Yeah, I might just be incorrect about everything I'm saying but we must try something, unless you've go a better idea

Cass: I have nothing

Galaxy: Alright let's get to a safe place so we aren't in danger

Cass: No you go, I'll make sure the beacon falls with me

Galaxy: No your coming with me

Cass: By the time the meteor hits we will both be dead, you only have a little time before it's too late for you to escape this building

Galaxy: Fine, I'll leave you

(Galaxy shoots an ice laser at Cass which turns him into ice)

Galaxy: If you fall this is all I can do for you to protect your fall, not the best but it's all I can do of you don't want me to save you

(Galaxy leaves the roof to run as fast as she can to the bottom floor)

(Ten minutes ago in space)

Guardian: Sir are you sure?

Oberon: I know that Okami hasn't done my job for me, I sense it

Guardian: But this is a whole dead planet

Oberon: I don't care, I want him to have the guilt for trying to escape me for enemy help

Guardian: Fine, do it

(A guardian presses a button which launches a space pod into space)

Oberon: Go on my son, kill all life on that planet for me

(Meanwhile in the Lyra star system)

Chief: So who have you brought forth to me?

Rebel: It's a guy who works for Oberon

Okami: I'm sorry sir but my planet I fear is in danger, I wanted to come to someone who I can work for

Chief: How do I know your not just a spy?

Okami: I hate Oberon, he threatened all my friends with extinction if I didn't work for him, I'll do anything for you people for friends

Chief: We don't get many of those anymore

Okami: My names Okami Yurei, I'm the emperor of the Okamian empire of planet Lykos. I care for my people and don't want them hurt, I made it my life's mission to keep them all safe

Chief: You remind me of myself

Okami: What happened to you?

Chief: I don't like to talk about it

Okami: Oh sorry sir I didn't mean to offend you

Chief: It's fine, you seem like a trustworthy individual but we have to keep you in a cell if we want to be certain your not a threat

Okami: Sure, I'll stay there for as long as you want me to be Sir

Chief: Thanks for the respectfulness

(Okami is sent to a prison cell by the rebels on a prison planet)

(Meanwhile on Lykos in a dark building)

??: My lord, my brother failed but I won't, you must be resurrected to rule once more

(The insane person grabs a scared rat and throws it into a pit of fire)

??: It's not much, but it's a contribution for your return, my dark lord Akuma

(Back on Leora, the meteor has entered the planets atmosphere)

Galaxy (in head): Good I've made it down, I hope my predictions were correct, I feel like I made a mishap in my thinking somewhere

(The meteor flies over Galaxy's head and lands far into the north of the city creating a huge explosion and shockwave which ripples through the city)

Galaxy (in head): The tower doesn't seem to be falling, it must be stronger than I expected

(She notices some propane tanks behind a grey van)

Galaxy: Plan B is time

(Meanwhile back on Lykos)

Yamato: That feeling, I feel a sense of evil. What's going on in the city

Radio: People of Okamia, it seems like people have been going missing in Okamian city rapidly. Citizens from Mount K9 city and Stem City are also going missing and in their place are signs of blood saying "He will return and cleanse us all of sins". If anyone sees a suspicious individual please report it to the authorities immediately

Yamato: Huh? Return? Cleanse? What is going on? If Okami isn't here I will have to take his role as saviour of this city, it's being taken care of by a mayor who doesn't know how to protect people like my best friend, don't worry people of Okamia, Beta has returned from the dead
