It was 6 p.m. already and Srishti had still not decided what should she wear for tonight's dinner.
After contemplating for sometime she decided on a mid-night blue dress that reached until her kness and paired it with her favourite boots.
When she looked into the mirror, she was satisfied with how she looked tonight.
Her hair was braided from the front and pinned at the back , such that she kept half her hair down.
She did not know much makeup, so she just put on a mascarra and her favourite lip balm.
She pulled out her phone from charging to see it was already 6.50 and decided to wait for her brothers in the living room.
When she reached the living room, she saw that Aakash and Hreedhaan were already present and were preoccupied with their phones.
"Someone's looking pretty", said Aakash getting up and hugging Srishti to his side.
"Thank you bhaiya, you yourself look okaa-yyy only", giggled Srishti, dragging the 'y' in a sing-song manner.
"Lying is not nice, princess", said Aakash playfully pinching Srishti's nose.
"Ofcourse. You look like the prince charming of all the girls out there and they are all just dying to see a glimpse of you, isn't it", commented Hreedhaan dryly.
"Awe, is Little Hree getting salty over here that no one is giving him attention", said Aakash teasingly.
"Leave your brother alone Aakash and why is Yug not ready yet", said Atharv fixing his cuffs while simultaneously calling out Yug's name out.
"I'm coming, geez, can a boy not style his hair peacefully now", said Yug while descending the stairs.
"But your hair looks the same to me as it does everyday ", commented Srishti.
"You don't know anything about styling so don't say anything about my babies(his hair) if you don't want me to spoil yours", said Yug while still trying to "fix" his hair.
"Enough of this guys, let's go before one of you actually pulls some stunt ", said Atharv while holding back Srishti who looked she was ready to "fix Yug".
Seeing Srishti's mood was down Atharv pulled back Srishti by her wrist and said while running his hand through her hair, "Have I told you yet, how pretty my little princess looks today".
She muttered a small thanks and hugged his arm to her body shyly. "Now let's go, before Yug takes the window seat ", said Atharv while holding her hand in his.

.When they reached the restaurant, Srishti was in awe of the place. The restaurant was restored from a 19th-century merchant family’s haveli.
Lots of local Rajasthani crafts along with a careful curation of antique art, furniture, and decor spread out across the hotel which made it look no less like a real than a palace.
Atharv had reserved a booth in a corner so that they were secluded and had there privacy.
They were seated such that Srishti was sitting between Aakash and Hreedhan whereas Atharv and Yug sat opposite to them.
"So, guys what do you want to order?", asked Aakash while simultaneously helping Srishti by explaining what the particular item on the menu will consist of.
Everyone went with some local traditional Rajasthani food of their choice and now they waited for their food to arrive.
"I'll be back from the washroom in a few", saying so Srishti stood up to go to the restroom.
"Do you want any of us to walk you to the washroom", asked Atharv.
"No, it's fine. I'm sure I'll find my way to it", saying so she walked off from the booth.
On her way to the washroom, she saw a group of boys , that must have been around 18-19 years laughing and saying things she wished she hadn't overheard.
One of the boys loudly whistled and said "What a view ", whilst checking out her butt.
Listening to this other guys, started laughing. Srishti was so humiliated, but she was scared so she kept her head down.

.Finally, she found the washroom and let out a sigh of relief. After finishing her business, she washed her hands and looked at her reflection.
Her hands were shaking and of her brothers at one glance at her face can make out that something happened.
And the bad part was she had left her phone at the booth , so there was no chance she could reach out to her brothers without coming face to face with those guys.
Finally, mustering all her courage she decided to reach her booth as soon as possible and she'll not even look at those idiots even once.
The minute she opened the door to the washroom she saw the same guys who catcalled her earlier standing right infront of her.
She felt her forehead getting sweaty seeing the guys standing by the walls of the narrow corridor leading to the washroom.
She still decided to pursue her plan of keeping her head down and reaching her brothers as soon as possible.
"Lovely dress, but only if could I see what's inside the dress", said one of the guys.
Srishti can hear her heartbeats and needless to say she was petrified.
Suddenly, she felt someone grabbing her wrist."Didn't you hear baby doll what he said", said another guy, who was taller than her but much shorter than her brothers.
He suddenly pulled her towards him, and Srishti shrieked.
"Now, come on be a good girl and comply to us",said the guy moving closer to her ears.
Srishti opened her mouth to shout for help but she couldn't because the guy kept his palm on her mouth.
"Don't act smart now, bitch", said the guy twisting her arm roughly.
Srishti tried to shriek in pain, but she couldn't even do that. She was petrified now!
"Now if we were you, we'll do whatever is being told", said the guy who earlier made lewd comments about her dress.
"And if I were you, we'll leave her this second ", came the low , cold voice of Aakash, said coming closer to where they were standing.
