LUCAS SINCLAIR
"Tonight was a lot of fun, I never thought I would enjoy pancakes and fries together." I smiled as I walked her to her front door.
"It really was, I hated your chicken and spaghetti." Max giggled as we got to her doorstep.
"Do you want to go out again on Wednesday? Maybe you can meet my friends!" I suggested.
"Don't you need to ask Garfield first?" She joked.
"We just won't tell him." I quietly said as if I was a spy.
She chuckled in response and then reached for her door knob.
"Well, can I bring Dustin too then?" She asked turning back around.
"Yeah, yeah! Of course." I agreed, hoping to make her feel as comfortable as she would be able to around my friends.
She smiled at me, leaned in and kissed my cheek.
"Goodnight, Lucas. I'll see you at school on monday." She grinned and then walked inside, leaving me outside her door.
I smiled to myself and walked back to my car.

MONDAY NIGHTOnce a month me and my friends go out for supper at either Dave & Buster's or Chucky Cheese (as if we are children).
For dinner this week, I invited Max to go out with me and my friends on Wednesday night.
The thing is, they still don't know about us, and I feel so fucking bad for it.
It's obviously hurts her feelings, but that's not my intent.
In school today she came up to me in the cafeteria when my friends went to get more food.
"Hi!" I heard a happy voice say.
My head darted up to see Max with her food tray in front of me."Hey!" I smiled.
"Do you mind if I sit here? Dustin dipped school for some rare Pokémon on Pokémon Go. Who even plays that game anymore?" She asked with a hopeful look on her face."Of course." I responded.
Instead of sitting in front of me, she came around the table and sat next to me.I smiled at this.
I turned to her and we started talking.I could see that people were staring and obviously wondering 'What the fuck?' But I didn't care that much, until my friends came back.
"What is going on here?" I heard Mike chuckle.
Mine and Max's heads snapped up and looked at my three friends standing there.
"Oh, nothing we're just talking about a project we have to do together." I spat without even thinking.
That could've been the perfect opportunity to tell them!
"Uh, alright then." Will said in a questioning tone.
You can't blame them for thinking it's weird, If I saw El sitting down with Angela Orkin I would probably pass out of shock.
