~ Chapter 41 ~

I'm going to start updating this book more frequently. Maybe two or three times a week or maybe whenever I want to. I just feel like no one wants to wait a whole week to get an update.

"Have you officially lost it?" Bakugou asked, as I put both my hands on the ground panting.

Shoto squats down beside me. Giving the class 1B student to Aoyama he looks at me in concern. "What's wrong?"

"I've got work to do..." The tooth monster says from a few meters away.

Bakugou looked at the villain in disgust. He started to angrily walk up to the thing.

Class 1A and 1B, Professional Hero Eraserhead has granted you permission to engage in combat.

As the blood began to pour through my veins, I let out an enraged hiss. An urge began to build from within me.

Ugh! Damit. Go away.

"Fuck it, I don't care!" Bakugou grumbled, preparing to attack the villain.

Before Bakugou could do anything, Shoto used his quirk from beside me stopping Bakugou in his tracks.

"If you used your quirk you could cause a fire and kill us all." Shoto said, looking at Bakugou in disbelief.

"Shut your face, I get it."

"If we try to retreat, there's gas." Shoto mumbled, looking behind. "To put it simply, we're caught in a bind."

"Gimme... meat" The monster snickered, using his teeth to propel himself up.

We've identified one of the villain's targets. A boy named Kacchan.

My fingers began to twitch without my control, and I let out a pain-filled scream. My claws grow to be the largest they've ever been. Shoto grabbed me and covered my mouth with his hands before I could lunge at someone and do something stupid.

I dug my teeth into Shoto's hands without hesitating, sinking my claws into his arm.

"What the fuck?" Bakugou asked, looking at me in confusion.

"It's her quirk. She's been overusing it for the past few days. The bloody hand might've triggered her... into actually wanting to..."

I let out another cry of pain as the blood started to rush through my brain. Tears started to form in my eyes as I scratched Shoto's arm like a vicious beast. Shoto cursed under his breath, not removing his hands from my mouth.

Halt. Regulate. Tranquilize.

"Let go of me!!!" I hissed, biting deeper into Shoto's hand. I could taste a metallic liquid as blood started to drip from Shoto's hand. The taste of blood incites me to drink more of it. "...please, let go."

"Control yourself, Nora." Shoto said, holding me tighter as my feet also started to quiver.

Shoto makes another wall of ice as the tooth monster jumps. Once again stopping Bakugou from setting a fire.

"Please, just leave me alone. Protect Bakugou. Just leave me alone here-"

"There's no way I'm leaving you alone here." Shoto immediately snapped, making the tears in my eyes start to fall faster. "If I leave you alone... we both know what you're going to do. I know you well enough to know that you won't really be happy when you come to your senses."

I let out a hiss as Shoto and I both stared at the bloody hand that lay a few meters away from us. Before I could do anything else the ground started to slowly shake.

" TODOROKI, BAKUGOU, AOYAMA! QUICK GIVE US SOME LIGHT!"

Shoto turns around to see Midoriya and Shouji fleeing from a massive monster, who looks like Tokoyami. When I began to move uncontrollably in his arm, he quickly snapped his eyes back to me. I let out a loud hiss and began thrashing around in Shoto's arm, making it more difficult for him to control me.
