"Sonic wait!!" Tails sat up and tried to fly after him but fell down to the ground. He felt so weak...

Tom and Maddie ran over to him. Tom kneels down next to the fox and puts a hand in his back.

"Carful little guy you're hurt." He says Maddie nods and kneels down as well.

"Yea take it easy.."

Tails shook his head.

"No! You don't know what he's up against! And with Y/n who knows what he will do!" Tails said and looked up at Tom and Maddie. Tails looked back up at the beam in the ocean.

Y/n looked down at his hand. It began to shake. Y/n shook his head. Taking a deep breath.

'Ignore it. Protect Sonic, it's not over yet.' Y/n thought. He looked over to the emerald then back at Sonic. Sonic was still in front of him, standing protectively. Y/n smiled lightly, listening to Sonics words.

"And my destiny is to protect my friends and family!" Sonic said walking forward. Eggman fake gaged.

"I think I just threw up in my mouth."

Sonic gave Eggman a look before walking close to the stairs that led to the giant Emerald.

"And if you want that emerald, your gunna have to go. Through. Me." Sonic pulled his glove tight and got in a running stance. His eyes turned from his normal green to blue. Glowing.

Robotnik gulped.

Y/n watched Sonic begin to run up the stairs to the emerald. Y/n grinned. Looking down at his hand, his claws became sharper. Longer. Y/n turned his head then slowly began to walk around behind a pillar. Hiding. Waiting for the moment to strike.

Knuckles followed after sonic in a flash of red. Robotnik yelled out in shock.

Robotnik ran to another pillar to the side. He stepped around it.

"Knuckles is taking no prisoners today! Sonic has heart but will he lose the quill to live?" He says spinning around the pillar. Y/n follows slowly behind, hoping to go unnoticed. Y/n stares at him in confusion.

'Un-sanitary man has problems.'

Y/n thought to himself. Y/n watched Sonic and Knuckles fight in the air.

Y/n turned his head. Ignoring the fight before him as he focused on Robotnik.

Y/n watched him tango around the pillar to the emerald. Y/n runs behind him, keeping himself hidden. Y/n's eyes narrow as Robotnik looks at the emerald in excitement.
