You sit at the bar, staring into space as you think about your ex-boyfriend. You stir your drink mindlessly and you noticed the barstool beside you is suddenly occupied.
You shamelessly stare at the pretty stranger. You could see his eyes dart toward you every once in a while.
"Hi?" He said with a confused smirk. His deep voice surprised you.
"Oh, yea, hi," you say back. You totally forgot that you zoned out looking at the man.
"Whatcha thinkin about, darling?"
As soon as he said that your ex walked right through the doors, looking around.
"Are you single?" You ask, not thinking about your words. Embarrassing.
"Of course, bab—" you cut off his words by smashing your lips on his. He let out a little moan and to your surprise he kissed you back almost instantly and put his hands around your waist.
You felt someone pry you two away from each other; your ex.
"Why are you kissing him?" He asks in anger, not even giving you a chance to process.
"What do you mean?" You ask calmly, your words sliding off your tongue, angrily teasing him by acting dumb.
"Don't you act dumb with me! You know exactly what your doing!"
"Why are you even here? I thought you were with Jessica?" You look over at the man you just kissed, he looked mad and confused. You made eye contact with him and gave him a wink. He instantly understood.
"Jessica cheated on me," ex/n mumbled.
"What? I can't hear you, speak up," you say.
"Jessica cheated on me!" Ex/n shouted. "And I came here because I want you back."
You scoffed. "Don't like the taste of your own medicine?"
"You bitch!" He said, almost completely shoving you off the barstool.
As soon as he did that, the man you made out with got up out of his barstool and punched your ex in the face. He grabbed your wrist and dragged you out to his car.
"And that's why I wear rings, baby," he slurred his words a little which aroused you.
"Now get in before I get caught."
