Trouvaille Resort
Tiresome drive along the avenues of unfamiliarity, passing the silhouettes of towering trees. Empty lanes, missing street lamps, the gentle murmur of the wind, and sometimes knocking against the car window. There is nothing to describe at the moment, as the world is currently blending in a blue-black sky. At times, shifting sleeping positions and snoring in the car can also be a part of something that resonates throughout their travel.
Their growing anticipation is evident on their faces– a hope of rekindling their inner joys, escapism towards a better quality of life's purpose, a sudden revolt against all the injustices that trample countless dreams.
This is the beginning and a continuation of what is supposed to be mankind's liberation.
Once scattered in different directions, now crossing paths halfway through their momentous journey to the truth.
The early rush of sunbeams seeping through the spaces of verdant trees overwhelms the approaching guests in delight. There are students who dash themselves by the car window, merely to have a glimpse of sublime creations. The greenscape is profusely invigorating as transports from different publications arrive one after another.
The whole resort is surrounded with wooden fences. Upon passing by the stone arch, firmly rooted trees lined in the driveway. Yet, it is still bewitching to let this work of art knows their presence, to be welcomed by it as if it knows what the guests need.
"Nagpapasalamat talaga akong may funds tayo for this trip! I won't mind working just to keep this picture in my mind.
"One student is pointing something on the left. "May lawa pala rito! Pwede bang maligo riyan?"
"Perfect for relaxation itong venue ng writing convention, Sir Elliot, ha.
They welcome the publications and remind them about the two-day activities.
This is a good start and everyone has yet to experience the crucial part of the convention.
