"Sample 87, findings are negative, Dr. Watson." One of the doctors said.

I heard Dr. Watson sighed.

Day one hundred and eighty two. Still looking for a cure for this shit.

"Continue." Dr. Watson ordered. "Yes, Doc."

It has been six months since the virus has spread. It wiped out the entire human race, but not fully. There are survivors.

"Agent Aeri, call your team." I looked at Dr. Watson, wearing a white coat and some gloves. He's busy experimenting with the other scientists.

"Yes, sir." I answered.

Kinuha ko ang phone ko para icontact sila. This is a specialized phone for us. Pentagon gave us these.

"Team X, assemble to the board room now." Utos ko.

"Copy that, captain." I heard them from the line.

Sabay kaming lumabas ni Dr. Watson para pumunta sa board room. Nakasabay din namin ang ilang scientists, guards, at ilang staffs ng Pentagon Corp.

Pagkarating namin ay umupo kami sa assigned seats namin. I saw my team mates sitting on our table.

"Good day, Captain Aeri." Cy greeted and I nodded.

"Asan si Yuan?" I asked. We can't begin without him. Dapat ay nandito siya.

"I'm here! Sorry!" Nagmamadaling pumasok si Yuan. He bowed down to Dr. Watson, his uncle. And sat beside me.

"I'm sorry for being late, captain Aeri." He whispered.

"Yeah, well where have you been?" Naiinis kong tanong. "I feel asleep. Dr. Rachel Peters woke me up."

I rolled my eyes.

"Shall we now start?" Dr. Waston said. Umubo siya saglit bago magsalita ulit. "All of the samples resulted negative. We still can't find a cure to the virus.. but we will continue. We cannot let RW Corp to erase all living things in this world."

RW Corporation. The organization of Dr. Robert Wilson who created this mess. He was planned this whole thing. Years ago, he got so jealous of Dr. Drake Watson for being the most trusted organization of the United States and other big countries. RW failed many times. They developed this virus to rule the whole world but fortunately, we, the Pentagon Corporation survived.

"Anyway, I will set to deploy Team X to San Francisco. We received a report from one of our spies that they spotted some survivors. But that doesn't stop there, I want you to observe. They also reported some incident saying that the virus have mutated, became stronger, more aggressive." We were shocked. Nagbulungan lahat ng tao dito. Nagkatinginan din kami nila Cy, Jill, at Yuan.

How? Did RW made this?

"Dr. Watson, what do you mean mutated? Did the RW corp do this?" Dra. Perez asked.

"I still don't know how. That is why I am deploying my team to San Francisco." Dr. Watson said.

"Captain Aeri, the helicopter will be ready for your team in an hour by now. I want your team to rescue the said survivors, bring them to the helicopters and investigate around San Francisco. If something unsual, report it to us immediately. Stay there for three days, call us if there's an emegency." I nodded.

"You're dismissed, team X. The meeting will be continued to examine the reports." Tumango kaming apat. We bowed down to the heads.

"Yuan, mag iingat kayo." I heard Dr. Watson said.

Lumabas ako para kunin ang gamit namin sa storage room. A bag full of bandages, food, water and equipments like guns, ammo, bombs, etc.

It's all new. Pentagon always gives us what we need.
