At last, it was the day Elijah was going to get his paycheck.
He went to his job hoping for the best.
At the end of his shift, his boss handed him the paycheck. He went home excited.
As he opened the enveloppe he couldn't stop thinking of all the things he could do at the haunted house. Sure enough, the money was enough for his tickets and to buy extra things.
Now he had to plan it out. He looked into the calendar and noticed the next week would be a 3 day weekend and decided the best day would be sunday.
He decided to ask everyone if they could come.
Ava replied saying that she couldn't come because she was going to try out for the same job as Elizabeth and would be working the same hours as her.
Henry and Thomas explained that they didn't have enough money to pay for the train tickets.
Everyone was busy but luckily for him Oliver wasn't. And he agreed to go!
Excited for the day, Elijah packed and prepared in advance for the day and kept his money safe and sound.
Now, he just had to wait one more week.
