the girl who lied to us,
she said that she was fine
she lied to us,
she said she was mine
but she wasn't even hers
she was just hurt inside
she said she wanted to give up,
give up living this life
but she lied
that she was done with life
there was something inside her
fighting to survive
so i hope she knows
though she feels alone
she's the victor of this battle
and the tunnel's light
many have won this
she can too

but she doesn't need to
it's just a single choice,
hers,

i can choose to be with her, or leave her behind
i know she will survive without me,
