the first game

i had just moved into my dorm at oregon 2 weeks ago. i decided to go because i got a full ride for volleyball and it was my best offer, plus, COLLEGE FOOTBALL!! i had totally forgot about it tho with all the business of school, volleyball, etc. until my roommate mentioned it. "what are you wearing to the game of saturday?" my first roommate edie asked me. "what game?" i replied. "uh only the first football game of the season!!!" she said. "omg i totally forgot, idk what i'll wear. i need to figure out seats first." i responded. edie replied with "i gotchu covered girl. i got season tickets for u, me, and eden (my other roommate)." "edie that's so sweet, i can pay u back?" i asked. "absolutely not, plus, if u don't have a jersey, i got some this year because i wanted to come prepared haha." , "no way edie, i'll def take one. thanks sm again!" , "i'll give you the guy who's the hottest hehe.", "oh whatever, i'll still take it. love u edie!!".

time skip

"amelia! are you almost ready? we have to leave like now!" asked eden. "ya i'm coming down". i couldn't wait for the first game. when oregon offered me a scholarship for volleyball i knew i was going to go because of how generous they were but also because of my love for college football. ever since i was a little girl, every saturday in the fall was spent watching college ball with my dad. so coming here was such a great opportunity for me in so many ways.

after i came down from my room, we all hopped in the car and drove to the stadium. and man it was packed. once we arrived we were pushing our way through so many people to get to our seats. we finally got to our seats just as the game was starting. "thank god we made it, i would've been so pissed if all those people held us up" commented edie. "bruh, edie, these seats are so good" said eden. "they're only for the best" i chimed in.

mini time skip

it was the 2nd quarter and things were getting close. we were losing by a field goal 17-14 and the ball was in our possession. there was 1:30 left on the clock when our qb threw the ball right as he was about to get sacked. everyone thought he was throwing it away but it went RIGHT TO THE BEST DAVIS (the best receiver in the league)!!! "OMG THAT WAS INSANE" i screamed. "NO WAYYYY" edie and eden both yelled. we were all laughing and hugging when i saw the qb go and celebrate with his team in the endzone. i looked up at the big screen and got a good close up of him. damn, he was kinda hot. "ameilia, ameilia, did you hear what i just said?" questioned eden. "no sorry, what did you say" i asked. edie replied right away with, "ohhhh somebody's looking at the cutest college quarterback!!". "shut up edie" i snapped. and right after i said that, i looked back down at him on the field and he looked directly at me. i could've sworn right after that he winked at me and did some hand motion signaling something. "DID HE JUST WINK AT YOU???" yelled edie. "no way he couldn't have been looking at me", "girl why wouldn't he be, you look so hot" said edie. "wanna bet he'll talk to you after the game" responded eden. "i don't even know if he was looking at me." i spoke. "well if i were you, i'd be plenty happy that he was looking at me bc damn he's fine" laughed eden. "well i can't deny that" i replied and we all giggled about how hot he was.

time skip

it was the end of the game and i was kind of hoping what edie and eden were saying about him coming up and talking to me after the game. we waited for a while after the game for the rest of the fans to clear out so we wouldn't be in as much traffic. and iwas starting to think it probably wouldn't happen when someone called out to us. "hey, hey, wait" all 3 of us snapped our heads around. "hey i saw you during the game and you're absolutely gorgeous. would you want to hang out sometime?" the oregon qb asked. "um ya i'd love to" i responed. "here, i'll put my number in your phone. my name's justion by the way. what's yours?" he said. "i'm ameilia", "nice to meet you ameilia, i'll see you around soon?" justin smirked and ran off to rejoin his team.

"WHhaaAAAATTT JUST HAPPENED" screamed edie. "edie! keep your voice down!" i exclaimed. "the most adorable and hottest qb in college football just asked for YOUR number!! how are you not freaking out!" she pronounced. "I AM, and he really is soooo hot. he looks like he'd be good in other areas besides football and asking girls out." i squeaked "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH" edie and eden both screamed.

this was the first chapter of my story! this is also the first story i've ever written and i kinda doubt it'll get any traction on it but let me know if you liked it. if i get some feedback i'll keep going!! hope everyone's having a lovely day.
