The wind had started to really pick up now and I was starting to feel little rain drops hitting my back. I looked around to find a way in or at least some cover till I saw someone in the hall again. But there was only a little roof-looking thing near the middle of the roof. "I guess that's better than nothing." I made my way to it and sat down just as rain started to pour down. I saw lighting across the sky and covered my ears. Good thing I did because the thunder was close and shook the building. "Shit." It went on like that for a while. I don't know how long it has been since I didn't have my phone on me. But it was long enough that I watched the sunrise. The storm died down to only rain a few minutes before the sun peaked out. But hell, I was wet, and I started to shiver. But my cigarettes stayed dry. I took one out and lit it. It didn't help me being cold, but it was something to keep me distracted a little bit. I was about halfway done with it when the door busted open.

"Ashlee? What the hell are you doing out here?" I snapped my head to the door and saw Natasha and Thor standing there.

"Well, Ya know just watching the sunrise." I said through my teeth I knew if I talked normally, I would chatter.

"Thor, go get a towel." Natasha waved at me to come over. I did it slowly, so I didn't slip and fall. I would hate to fall this far up.

Thor came back with two towels and Natasha grabbed one and wrapped it around my shoulders. "Why were you out there? Please tell me you weren't out there all night." She was rubbing my arms trying to help get me warm.

"No, not all night just before the storm I got locked out and didn't see anyone till now. "Well, I saw one and I would really like to know where he sleeps so I can hit him." I said the last part through clenched teeth. I was so pissed off I think I could slit his throat.

"Who?" Thor asked.

"Your brother.'' I glared at the elevator hoping he would appear like I called the devil. But nope it was only Clint and Bucky. They seemed to have wet hair. I guess they showered recently. Or went swimming.

"Why is she shivering?" Bucky hurried over to us.

"She was locked out in the storm." Thor caught them up on what was going on.

"Fuck... I had a feeling I should have checked on you a little bit after I left you." Clint said angrily, rubbing his face.

Bucky had pulled me to him and wrapped his arms around me. He was warm so I didn't care at that moment. Sam came out and we all stopped talking and turned to the door that we heard open.

"What the hell?" He said as he had a very confused look on his face. Bucky started to walk which pushed me forward towards Sam. He had to take small steps because I have really short legs compared to him. But he did get to Sam who let us in with Jessi. She was sitting up in her bed.

I thought Bucky would let me lay near Jessi, but he brought me to the empty bed next to her.

"Strip and hide under the covers, we don't need you getting sick.'' He let me go and walked away a little. There was a little curtain divider he pulled to cover the door. I did as I was told and hurried under the covers. They were cold but better than the soaked clothes.

"Are you decent now Ashlee?" I heard Steve say from behind the curtain.

I laughed, "Yea Steve, I'm hidden."

He opened the curtain and walked to the side of my bed. "Do you know how you got locked out on the roof?" He sat down on the chair near the bed.

"Yup," I answered him.

"Care to let me know?" He had a stern look on his face as he spoke.

"It was a who that did it. When Clint left, I made sure the door would open back up, when I closed it. It did, so I continued on with my cigarette. As I went back to the door when the storm picked up. I found it locked. The hall was dark except for the light of the elevator. So, as I looked in i saw a figure standing close to the doors to the room Jessi was in. It disappeared after a few seconds. I stared at it and there was a shimmer left where it was." I stated, my face was warm, so I knew my face was red by now.

"Loki?" Steve looked back at the door and Clint and Bucky nodded and walked away.

"Ash, are you sure you are good?" Jessi asked on her side of the room.

"Yeah, I'm starting to get warmer now that I'm not drenched anymore." I cuddled more in the blanket.

"How did you not get thrown off the roof?" Jessi asked with a confused look on her face.

"There was a little hide in the middle of the roof. So, I was able to sit down near that and since I was sitting low on the roof, the wind wasn't too bad. There were some..." I stopped as I heard what sounded like the elevator open and a thump sound came from outside the door.

Steve got up and went to look. "Well, there you are Loki." I glared at the door. I really wanted to get up and beat Loki. But wasn't going to let everyone see me naked.

"Why am I down here?" He growled at Steve.

"Did you lock Ashlee out last night?" Thor asked as he got closer to his brother.

"No, I did no such thing. Why would you assume I would do a thing like that." He put his hand on his chest as he was talking. As he was grinning.

"Loki, why do you keep messing with her so much?" Tony asked from the doorway.

I sat up in bed making sure I did not show any skin. Loki just kept looking at Thor, not saying anything anymore.

"You could have gotten her hurt or worse killed. The storm was bad last night. For your safety, pray she doesn't get pneumonia from your dumb little stunt." Bucky growled at Loki.

I am starting to like Bucky. He seems protective of people. Bucky looked back at me and then to Jessi.

Just as Thor opened his mouth to speak, an ear shattering alarm went off. I covered my ears. The noise muffled as I did so. Everyone ran to the elevators except Sam. He came into the room. "You girls should be safe here. Here Ashlee" he gave me a black t-shirt.
