When I was done relieving myself, I came out in search of Mikey and Ray. They were nowhere to be found. I texted Mikey.
Me: Hey where'd you guys go
Mikey: we left to get paint. Just wait with Gerard and distract him
Me: wat am I supposed to do?
Mikey: you'll think of something, c yaI put my phone away. I was kind of nervous. He was cute and I was... poop. It's weird. I never really thought of myself as a homosexual.
I went upstairs and knocked on two doors before I found his.
"Who is it?" the voice on the other side of the door acknowledged.
"Uhhh, it's me. Frank," I said awkwardly.
I heard a gasp and a shuffling of papers and a slam on the other side.
"Uhh", he cleared his throat. "Come in".
I opened the door and found Gerard sitting at a desk, holding his breath. The walls were covered in homemade posters, comic book cutouts, and pen drawings etched permanently until someone painted over it to start something new. Pictures I would've assumed that he drew along with a flood of pencils, colored pencils, and sketchbooks flooded his desk.
I took note that he was blushing.
"Hey, uhh", I said to break the awkward silence. "Ray and Mike's abandoned me here and told me to socialize with you".
I tried to sound smart but I'm positive that I made a fool of myself.
"No problem. Fine by me, uhh... Frank", he smiled.
I laughed at his comical performance and approached his desk. He slapped his hand over an assortment of books. I guess he was hiding a drawing.
"Oh, it can't be that bad", I laughed as I reached for the books.
Our hands touched and he jerked his away. I swiftly picked up the piece of... dead tree...
I looked at the picture and was astounded by what I saw. It was... well, it looked like me.
Gerard peaked at me shyly from behind his hair.
"I'm just now noticing your... tattoos...", he traced the tattoo on my wrist with his pencil. "I have an idea of what you could do".
"And what is that?" I questioned.
He grabbed a pen and scooted closer to me. He touched the right side of my neck with his cold fingers. He looked so concentrated as he began gliding the fine point Sharpie across the skin of my neck. It tickled and it was kind of sensual. He bit his lip and rarely blinked and I tried my best to steady my breathing.
After about fifteen minutes , he took the pen away for good. I turned to the mirror on the wall and was relieved to see that he didn't draw something funny or weird. Actually, it was a pretty bitchin' scorpion.
"Wow, this is pretty cool. You should get a job at this tattoo parlor that I go to", I said, excited about the scorpion.
He giggled the cutest laugh that I have ever had the pleasure to hear.
"I'm deathly afraid of needles and I don't think I have the patience for that", he shot me a sensual glare. "But I'll make tattoos for you any time."
I blushed before wanting to change the subject.
"You should draw this on paper. I could have this done," I fangirled.
"Heh, I will", he smiled.
I turned and we were face to face all of a sudden. I could see the lust in his eyes before he gently closed them and began to lean into me. I was about to do the same until Bam! the door shot open and Mikey and Ray came into the room as we jerked our heads away. They shot us with water guns that were filled up with thinned out paint. Mikey targeted Gerard with lime green and Ray shot me with a vivid purple. I was fuming with anger, but Gerard's laughing fit rubbed off on me. He was so contagious. I got it in my hair, on my clothes, and essentially my face. When they were done, me and Gerard exited the room while the laughing Mikey and Ray rolled on the ground talking about how they got us good.
We went to his bathroom where Gerard took off his shirt and stripped his skinny jeans which revealed green boxers. I asked at him, surprised that he just did that and he giggled.
"Sorry, I ran out of Black underwear", he blushed.
I laughed along with him and stripped down to my red boxers.
He shampooed his vibrant red hair in the sink and I did the same after him. I wondered why he had shampoo that was meant for girls but in the end, I really didn't care.
"Do you need to borrow clothes?" he asked me after getting dressed in clean clothes and wiping up some paint on his hard wood floor.
Ray and Mikey got some paint on the wall but it blended with Gerard's messy but artistic theme.
"Sure, thanks", I smiled.
"I don't know if you're staying the night, but you should", he smiled at me as he sorted through his clothes, looking for something for me to wear.
"Yeah, I am... if you answer one question for me", I said shyly as he nodded. "Was that picture you were drawing. Was it me?"
"Of course", he choked out after a little bit of thinking. "I needed a muse after all".
He began laughing and once again, it was contagious.
"So?" Gerard cocked his eyebrow. "You're staying the night?"
"Under one more condition", I giggled. "Come with us to Cemetery Drive tonight".
Cemetery Drive was (obviously) where the neighborhood cemetery was. It had a cute little church next to it.
"Its a date", he smiled and blushed at me.
He finally handed a small pair of skinny jeans and a hoodie along with a Misfits shirt.
