finn was absolutely terrified when he found his girlfriend at the end of the stairs when he woke up cause bode just kept crying
it wasn't too bad the doctor had said she had broken three ribs and had a concussion
well finn would call that bad, addy was already in a lot of pain every day still recovering from bode his birth and three broken ribs and a constant headace weren't going to help her feel better
"how is she?" millie asked finn holding two of the hospital cofee cups and handing finn one "awake, the doctor said she'd be fine" finn says taking the coffee with one of his shaking hands
his still shaking hands his hands had been shaking since he had found addy
and it just hit him she had almost lost her twice in one month
"and how are you?" millie asks "fine" finn answers
"well i'm not" millie says "this shit is scary man first i thought i'd lose her when bode was born and now she fell down the fucking stairs" millie says tears flowing down her face
finn wraps her arms around her "it's just scary you know?" millie says through muffled sobs
"i know, i know" and it was true finn did know this might have been the worst and the best month of his life but atleast he had his friends and bode and addy thank god he still had addy
"alright so we went to kfc and we got addy her favourite" gaten anounces as he, caleb, noah and sadie burst through the doors holding up one of the many bags he and caleb where holding
"no one cares about the chicken gaten, how is she?" sadie interrupts
"awake, she'll be fine" finn says wiping away some tears
sadie nods her lip trembling as she wals towards addy her hospital room
"adelaide chloe disick! never ever scare us like that again" sadie says hugging adelaide
finn sat down in one of the chairs next to addy her bed holding one of addy her hands addy smiles as he kisses her lips "i love you" he whispers
"i love you too" addy whispers
"addy i got you chicken" gaten says holding uo the same bag as he did seconds ago
"you got my favourite?" addy says hopefully
"uh yeah i did!" gaten says excitingly
"i paid for the chicken-" caleb starts "no one cares caleb!" gaten shouts
"and i just wanna say that i was the one who said we should go to kfc-" noah starts
"noah shut up! this is about me and my chicken!" gaten shouts
"and my chicken" addy says
"and addy's chicken!" gaten shouts again millie let's out a laughing sob
"oh c'mere" addy says bringing millie into a hug "sadie is right don't ever scare us again, we need you alright?" millie says
"alright" addy smiles
"hey where is bode?" addy asks turning towards finn who clamped her hand again as soon as she let go of millie
"with your dad" finn says
"god you finally got scott to go home?" caleb asks and finn nods
"yeah" addy looks at him with a questionable look
"your dad had been sitting here for the pas two days, it was worryingly" noah answers for finn making addy turn towards noah
"wait-" addy starts
"when your dad was here bode was or with khloè or kylie or your mom" sadie answers her question before she could ask
after a few hours everyone went home except finn ofcourse finn sat on the hospital bed addy cuddled into his side
"you really scared me y'know" finn said breaking the silence
addy opened her eyes "i'm sorry" addy whispers into his chest
"i just was so close to losing you twice now, it just made me think" finn starts
addy hums mentioning for him to go on
"i need you you know, like-like oxygen" finn splutters out addy laughs softly kissing finn's lips
"i need you like oxygen too" she whispers
