Summer Nights

An extra special thank you

Hey all, it’s Star here,
      If you're reading this it means that you have completed Summer Nights. I know this is a bit of a somber time for some of you guys who had been reading this piece for the past couple months. But, look at it this way: this is my first complete fanfiction ever and there will be plenty more content to come as my journey continues! And I can’t say thank you enough for all your support on not only Summer Nights but every piece of my work (regardless of how lazy they are. Yes, I'm talking about my newest series: Home Free and Friends incorrect quotes). I started writing Summer Nights a while before I even thought to put it out on the internet and I thought that no matter what I would change it would never do well. And, sure, Summer Nights didn't do extremely well in comparison to my Unpopular Opinions series but it did better than I ever thought it would. Granted, there are still a lot of things that I as the writer don't like about Summer Nights but I guess that's what editing is for I guess (seriously I never noticed how bad some of the chapters were or how bad some of the errors I made were until way after they were released so I'll be re-editing this later on). Enough of me criticizing myself though. I hope you guys enjoyed Summer Nights and I hope you guys continue to enjoy the projects that are yet to come. Until next time however, I guess it's time to say "so long" (see what I did there? 😉)and I hope I'll see you guys soon. Peace out!

PS: I hinted at making a sequel/prequel to Summer Nights from Austin's perspective and all I'll say is that I think you guys will like Austin’s perspective better because it'll be more in depth retelling of Austin and Amberly's journey together (meaning that there will be way less time skips or filler chapters which I know was a huge problem the first time around). Anywho, stay tuned because part two of the Summer Nights duology will be coming out July-August 2023 in order to celebrate the one year anniversary of Summer Nights being officially released to the public.
