"End of the line, Joule, squeebo" The Vigilante, Mango yelled, the villains cornered. "This really isnt the time for exploding power plants" the duo were all for the environment, forcing the people to have more sustainable recycling habits and power sources. They're powerful, known for the mass destruction they cause. I had no chance.

__

"What should we do?" Joule asked, looking at the vigilante who almost got herself exploded. "Do you think I should use my power?" The eco villain glanced at the villain before quickly looking back at the vigilante. "no, I'll keep her distracted so you can make something that'll get us out of here.'' The villains' looked at each other and nodded, squeebo charging up his attack.

__

I stared at the two for a moment before getting distracted, blue smoke coming down from a nearby roof. When I looked back at the villains, Squeebo was charging his special attack. He ran towards me, I jumped, using my power "bunny". I took hold of the roof before I fell back down to the ground. but the people I saw up there weren't what I was expecting. There were 3, the tallest could have been 6 '7 for what I could tell and the smallest looked 6' 0, but they looked young. The tallest a 16 year old could get was 5 '10, otherwise they had to be an adult.

I quickly jumped back down, using the walls to lessen my fall. The two villains looked at me, and then promptly splashed a potion on the ground, disappearing, footsteps led out. I didn't bother, running off myself after hearing police sirens.

The three were surrounded with blue smoke for a second before it settled. They looked around before looking at each other. The coldness of the air was the opposite of the season their home was. It looked as if it were winter, but they lived in the south pole before and had heard that the rest of the world was in the opposite season, so they guessed that was the case.

"It's snowing." Rudolph stated, looking up. "Yeah, we're in a different world," Felix looked at him, snowflakes coating the trio. A moment of silence passed. "What- what did you just say?" The boy asked, as if he hadn't seen the flat land around them, the odd lights that surrounded them, or the darkness of the sky, without any stars to guide them.

Unknown sirens scared them into getting down, finding out they were on roofs instead of streets. The trio explored and wandered until dusk, a quiet surrounding them, ahead they saw trees, surrounded by a fence.

"Ooouuu" Felix went to it and ripped the fence apart, going inside the forest-like place.

"woah, they have a tiny forest inside of this weird place?" Rudolph walked around, inspecting the place "why is the grass weird? It's like- green." he sat down on the grass, feeling it. The older duo looked around, the sun yellow, blue sky full of clouds... It was so different from their world, full of grey grass, a white sun, and lavender skies.

"we need to sleep soon." Ace walked around the area they found in the park "ill sleep right here then" Rudolph looked at the brunette, before closing his eyes and leaning back. there was silence before Felix went and laid down, "ill sleep here, good night." Ace sighed before laying down over the two, using them at a head rest and feet warmer... They fell asleep.

The trio made it a habit to explore the city whilst they were awake, everyday they explored, their clothes getting a bit more dusty everyday, but their routine unbroken, they didn't smell bad though. They had a specific place they liked to meet, a nice pond, with a bench facing the setting sun. By the end of the day, they ended up by the pond, watching the sunset.

Felix took deep breaths as they ran towards the bench, seeing someone on it didn't scare him, the bench was claimed by them, names on it. "Hello!" They took a breath before sitting down beside the stranger, giving them a little wave. they seemed surprised with the sudden company, "Uh... Hello?" The person waved back, looking back to the setting sun. "I haven't seen you around before, what's your name?" They looked at the androgynous person beside them, not so sure of their gender. "oh, my name's Jay" their name didn't help either "what's your name?" Felix looked at them for a second, before replying, "I'm Felix!"

It had been a week since then, Felix talking about and to the friend they had made. The conversations had taken twists and turns for a bit, Felix finding out about phones and laptops, thanks to Jay bringing them to the bench and showing them how they worked. All of the things they talked about were so new and exciting, the 'park' as they called it was nice, watching the setting sun.

"Hey, so I have a question." Jay fed the nearby ducks, paying full attention to them. "What is it?" Felix looked over to them, they looked to them "are you homeless?" "what-" "are you homeless, do you like- sleep here?" Felix looked at them in surprise, the smaller looking back to the ducks. "Well I don't sleep on this bench, if that's what your asking" Felix looked at the sunset, the golden colours blinding them.

Weeks went by, but Felix was still not used to the Golden hues of sunset, the golden sky reminding them that they're not home, they're not with them. The past weeks were filled with laughs and smiles, talking about all sorts of things. Felix's clothes getting more tattered and tagged as the weeks went by.

"Are you alone..?" sudden seriousness came with the question. "No, I have two siblings.. But did you hear about the villain fight last night?" Felix looked at Jay, excited. "Hm? What happened?" The Enby talked, without filter, all the things they heard from passing people around the city, excited.

"So the pro-hero Dombare... Hurt the top villain Vermin, causing him to be suspended for a month..?" Felix nodded profusely "Yeah! That's so interesting, isn't it?" Jay looked out to the water, the moon rose high. "Yeah, uh.. It's getting late.... Do you and your siblings want to sleep at my house?" Felix's head snapped towards Jay, Surprise on their face. "What?" Jay looked towards the Enby "Yeah, do you and your-" Felix shook their heads "no- no, I heard you, I mean.. You would let us stay at your home? Like.. Really?" "yeah, I trust you enough to let you deep at my place" Felix Hugged the shorter, "thank you for trusting me! It's such an honour!" They let go, running away before suddenly stopping "STAY HERE, I'LL BE BACK!" The words left their mouth, and they ran away.
