FLASHBACK CHAPTER-

"So are you ready to break the news to Harry?" Claire asked Sophie as they drove to Levi's together.

Sophie tightened the steering wheel. "No... but I made this decision. As much as it hurts, Harry needs to learn how to live without seeing me all the time."

"I know thinking about it, the longest you've been away from him was during college. And even then that was only two years." Claire pointed out. "I hope you don't mind George is gonna come to London with us."

"No that's fine with me." She smiled.

"He's been telling me you've been conditioning the shit out of him ever since you've been here." Claire laughed.

"Don't get me wrong, he's one hell of an athlete but Kyle has been wanting me to strengthen him up a bit more. I guess they want him to wrestle his way through defenders." Sophie explained, pulling into the parking lot. "I have to go do some paperwork in my office for a bit, will you be okay?"

"Yeah some of the other girlfriends and wives are here." She sent her friend a reassuring smile. "Oh look there's Christians girlfriend, Olivia."

"Is this the new rehabilitation physician that's been working our man's asses off?" Olivia chuckled and approached the two girls.

"That would be me." Sophie nodded.

"It's so nice to meet you! I'm Olivia, Christians girlfriend. And this is my friend Stacey."

"Nice meeting you ladies." Sophie shook their hands. "Are you one of the players girlfriends as well?"

"I wish." Stacey scoffed. "I've been trying to bag Garoppolo for months now."

Claire scoffed. "Don't you have his number? Just ask him out."

"I do but he barely replies, especially after that party six months ago when we almost slept together." Stacey sighed. "Speaking of the quarterback hottie, I'm gonna go see if he's on the field."

Sophie bit the inside of her cheek. Surprisingly she didn't realize how much of a player Jimmy is. Even though he was dating her in secret, lots of girls swooned over him and were constantly trying to secure him for themselves.

"I have tons of work to do but I'll see you guys later." Sophie quickly said and got out of there as fast as she could.

She walked down the halls to her office only to stop when she seen Kyle come out of her room.

"Hey Sophie there you are!" He beamed. "I wanted to see if something was alright with you."

"Yeah, um what are you talking about exactly?" She wondered.

"I know you're going home for a few days to London, but I was wondering if it's okay Jimmy tags along. I know I know it sounds weird but there's a training facility down there with one of my good friends that wants to work with him. If you're not comfortable with the idea, I completely understand."

Sophie thought for a moment. She certainly wouldn't take him to meet her family. It'd be a half work trip, half breaking the news to her family she wouldn't be staying. What could possibly go wrong?

"Yeah that's fine. Claire mentioned something about George tagging along also." She sort of chuckled.

"Great, you guys can take the private jet." Kyle nonchalantly said.

Her eyes widened. "What? You're serious?"

Kyle nodded. "Yeah, I'll email you all the details. I'll let you get to work now, thanks Sophie."
