Alison's P.O.V
I walked into the Coffee shop alone.
It was kinda cold in here, and empty.
A tall ish brown haired girl stood behind the counter on her phone smiling and laughing. I wonder why?
I took my phone out and looked at my notes with everybody's order. MIchaela didn't want to come in with me so i came in alone. She is probably blasting the music in my car.
I took a few steps closer to the counter waiting for the 'girl' to ask me what i wanted.
She looked familiar and i didn't know why.
She had long brown hair that came past her shoulders and she had green, grey ish eyes that crinkled when she smiled or laughed. She Also had dimples and i noticed when she didn't like something she would crinkle her nose.
Hey! I thought to myself.
I've seen that before, i thought.
I had a old best friend that did that back in grade school.
But she moved in grade 7th. She moved to.. She moved to California!
Where i was right now!
Was this My long lost best friend!? Should i say something?
"Aleah?" I asked looking at her.
"Thats me, What can i- Alison?!?" She said with a big surprised face.
"Oh my gad! I thought i never see you again!?" I said running behind the counter to give her a big hug.
"IT's been so long! Omg how are you! I missed you so much!!" She said hugging me tightly.
"I'm great thanks, I missed you so much too!" I said letting go of the hug.
"You want to sit down and we can chat for a bit? I'm sure no one is gonna be walking in here for a while!" She said laughing.
"Yeah sure!" I said following her to a table by the window.
"How is it back in america?" She asked.
" Oh, I moved to Australia, um well do you remember when my mom had cancer?" I asked her.
" Yes, I do.." She said sadly.
"Well she uh died two years ago and um recently my father killed himself, So i moved to my Aunt J's, You remember her right?" I asked her.
"I'm so sorry A, And Yes of course i do!! We had some pretty amazing summers there!" She said smiling.
" What are you doing here in cal?" She asked.
"Well me and my other friends are traveling the world... OMG you should join us!!" I said getting happier and happier.
" Are you sure they won't mind?" She said.
"NO! They'll love you!" I said.
"Who's all they?" She asked getting shy.
