Tour Life (Kalin White Short Story)

Chapter 4

*Sarah's POV*

*2 weeks later*

My alarm went of at 9 am.

I couldn't even sleep last night because I was so excited.

This is crazy, today is the first day of the tour.

4 months with the boys are gonna be great!

I set all my bags by the door and got a granola bar to eat.

A while later, I heard a loud horn outside.

I open the door and and the tour bus was in front of my house.

It was huge.

"Come on Sarah, get in!" Kalin yells from the window.

I grab some of my stuff and bring them and put them in the trailer attached to the back of the bus.

I go back, get the rest of my bags, put them in the back and then get on the bus.

"Wow. This is amazing." I say while checking out the bus.

Right when you walk in, there is a table and a couch and a TV built into the wall.

All the guys were sitting around and Kalin got up and hugged and kissed me.

I then went and sat with the rest of the guys.

Kalin told me, "We're gonna get breakfast, want anything?"

"Oh idk, pancakes sound good." I replied

Then Cam stood up and said very firmly, "The lady said pancakes gentleman... pancakes it is!"

Everyone laughed, and Myles told the driver to drive to IHOP.

20 minutes later, we arrived at IHOP and we all rushed out of the bus.

We got inside and were seated and looked over our menus, then ordered.

Another 10 minutes passes, and then we get our food.

We start eating, but then I'm the background, we hear Chase Dreams playing.

We all started singing it.

Everyone was staring at us, but we didn't care, we were all singing and sounded awesome.

We finished eating, and then we headed back to the bus.

For the rest of the time, we just laid around.

We didn't have to be at the venue until 2, so we had time to kill.

~At The Venue~

When we got there, we all got out to go check it out.

It was a big place with a big stage too.

This was one of the shows that was sold out.

We continue to walk around the building.

I feel someone grab my hand, it was Kalin.

He kisses my cheek and we kept looking around.

"Are you excited?" I ask him.

He sighs and says, "Yeah.. I'm kinda nervous though."

I tell him, "You're gonna be fine, you've done this many times before."

And he puts his arm around me.

We were on stage when Myles comes over with a mic and says "YEE!"

His words beam into the mic.

"Wow that's loud." I say then take the mic and say "Kalin is stupid."

Kalin pushes me and we all laugh.

The stage director comes over and says, "You guys should start getting ready for the show, you guys need a mic check before KAM Kick It."
