This story takes place with a 9 year old boy Ash Ketchum who lives in Altomare, when the unknown people from somewhere appears at the night, it is up to Ash to stop the unknown evil before the water dries out of Altomare
When Ash and Bianca are on their way home with a boat engine, he tells His sister about those two women
"Bianca, those two women was out there looking for something, i don't know about it for sure."
"What are they looking for something besides the tour guide here?"
"They weren't trying to pay the tour guide, they we're here for latias."
"Latias has been discovered!?"
"Im not so sure about it, something tells me we'll see them again."

Ash and bianca we're almost home so they could sleep but the grandpa's scream just brought Her attention
"Um Ash, if you mind, you can go to sleep, i'll see if grandpa's ok."

With that Ash got in the house while bianca drives to their grandpa's boat maker to see what's going on
With Latios and Latias
Latios and latias we're sleeping together when the wind fan woke them up, letting them know it's the intruder

With Andy and Olga
They succeed in infiltrating the secret garden as they walk to the top where the soul dew

They turned at the right time to see Latios Charging at them, but they dodge the attack Latios was gonna land on over and over and Latios stops here
He retreats and tells his sister to use Camouflage to make sure they're blind to win
"Uh oh, that's new."
"Put the glasses on, we'll be able to see them."
Andy and Olga Put their glasses on to see them clearly, as they dodge it again and command their pokemon to attack, latias was hurt but Latios protected her
"So you want to be a hero huh, then we'll at least kidnap you!"
Olga threw the cube at latios which has The electric Web and painfully shocks Latios as he fell down
Latias saw in horror when her brother was down but latios Told her to warn Ash and bianca
But latias can't leave her brother in peril
But Latios Roared desperately to forget about him and get Ash as the emergency
She understands now, Ash is the only one who can stop those women
She flies down to the water to warn Ash
With Bianca
When She Arrived, she saw her grandpa was unconscious
She goes there to see if grandpa is ok, she stops when she see's the Espeon
'Who is this one doing he?-' her though was cut when the red psychic and falled into unconscious as Grandpa
