Tw: Very bad writing mostly on characters expressing emotions😰 Also sorry that there was no intro but there's nothing much to say so I'll keep it short and say it here<33 So as you probably could have guessed Dazai and Chuuya aren't even close to being friends both of them view each other as "weird"😔 AND THIS FANFIC WILL INCLUDE OTHER CHARACTERS FROM BSD! I'll probably include Shin soukoku but I'll put an edit mentioning ships I'll use in the chapter! Also, I know some of you won't read it till the end but if you did and have any ideas for chapters I could write please write your suggestions! But I'd love to keep this fanfic vanilla🥰

The sun has already risen, the birds were chirping. On Dazai's balcony, there was a chubby cat licking itself and hissing at birds that flew by Dazais apartment. The ginger cat with white and black stripes got bored of viewing the magnificent view of an early morning in Yokohama and just entered the apartment like it owned the place and just sat opposite of Dazai. Dazai groaned as he moved his hair off his pretty, smooth face. Wait a moment. Dazai nor any of his family members have a cat! Dazai instantly shoot up and looked around his room realizing that the cat was on his precious bandages! That he had...a lifetime supply of..for whatever reason. Mackerel tried to stand up but instantly fell on the ground..seriously who leaves their clothes on the ground even though they know that school starts tomorrow? Well, who can blame Dazai he was thinking of a perfect suicide plan yesterday. As sad as it sounds it didn't work

After a while, Dazai finally caught the cat which took an embarrassing 10 minutes to catch...Dazai looked at the little chubby dude and sighed. He always wanted a cat.

"Huh, where should I put you? Hm? I think I saw you before..eh whatever" Dazai carefully set the little fluff ball on his bed and started to dress into the school's uniform. Which sadly consisted of a basic blue sweater and blue or black pants (This uniform is based of my irl uniform 😞) it didn't make his beautiful features that he was so proud of stand out. After he put on his dark uniform yanked the cat and hurried downstairs before his father woke up.

"Dazai?" A low deep voice came from the kitchen. That was his dad. A white haired man in his 60's came out of the shadows eyeing Daza.

'Oh for fucks sake...' Dazai cursed under his breath before hiding the cat behind his back. He walked next to the table slowly and carefully to not hurt the small animal he was carrying and put on his most convincing smile and looked at his father.

"Yes, dad?" Dazai spoke in his almost singing-like voice.

"Dazai I know that you're hiding something from me. Come on I won't get mad just tell me what it is" His dad sighed and continued to bake the already burnt eggs with bacon..the view of the eggs was uhm..not so pleasing.

"What? Hiding? I'm not hiding anything from you! I wouldn't dare haha!" Dazai awkwardly laughed and hurried to the front door to release the fluff ball into the wild. He twisted the doorknob and opened the door letting the cat go out of his bandaged hands

"There you go little chubby cutie" He petted the cat one last time and looked at the shining from the sun street. The street was beautiful no no it was magnificent it had a few cherry trees scattered around the small neighbourhood? His school was near the block so there were many students walking to school with their friends or lovers. Suddenly Dazais eyes caught a short ginger walking with his friend group that consisted of bandits and other kind of disturbing people and of course a few fangirls following behind them. That's the "mister popular and handsome Chuuya."...seriously who could love that little ginger slug. He was neither as handsome as him or had any better temper. Chuuya always made Dazai full of himself, thanks to him Dazai didn't hate himself that much.
