6.20 am

The alarm clock has been ringing for 20 minutes now while Gojo hasn't even budged, clearly still in dreamland. Sukuna can hear the alarm all the way from outside, the constant shrill ring making his cat ears twitch in irritation. Annoyed, he leaves his post, walking over to Gojo's room while ignoring the possible consequences.

For once, Gojo is actually interested in doing something different from his usual routine. Sukuna can tell that the man actually looks forward to it a little. That's the only reason why he's in his room right now and on his bedstand.

Now the only problem is waking him up. Sukuna's pretty sure Gojo won't be happy if he actually touches him but it's clear meowing won't get him anywhere. Therefore, the pink cat jumps onto Gojo's shoulder and presses its paw on the handsome man's face, trying to nudge him awake. Sukuna receives no response at his first few paws so he just increases the pressure while feeling more annoyed.

The man below him groans before finally opening his eyes, groggy still. When those pair of dull blue eyes land on the cat on his body, Gojo's eyes almost immediately narrow at it.

Before Gojo could command or knock him off, Sukuna speaks for the first time in a month. "You're late."

The man looks a bit confused for a moment as he racks through his brain for memories of last night. Once he realizes what he's late for, he scrambles off his bed, knocking Sukuna off of him with the quick action.

It's already 6.37 am when Gojo arrives at the park with his cat running behind him. He falters in his steps when he sees almost thirty people just standing there and staring at him.

"Ohayo, Satoru-san!"

Gojo didn't expect this at all. "You waited for me?"

"Of course, you said you were coming. You didn't seem to be the type to wake up early so we decided to wait for a few more minutes in case you accidentally slept in." They all send him warm smiles, not even a single person looking annoyed by his lateness.

Their kind words make Gojo feel a little touched.

During their morning exercise session, Gojo turns out to be more flexible than they had expected, but it makes sense that he is. After all, he's a jujutsu sorcerer who needs to be on the field fighting for his life. Sukuna just lays at the side while he watches them exercise, his tail swaying idly behind him.

After the exercise session ends, they gather at a restaurant owned by one of the villagers and start preparing their meals. However, only women are seen in the kitchen with Gojo being the odd one out.

"Ah, you know how to cook, Satoru-san!" It's a pleasant surprise to them since their husbands are all slackers.

"I live alone, so I make my own meals." Gojo smiles at them while he peels a potato. Sukuna jumps up the counter just then, extending a claw out to help slice the potato skin away. Gojo glances at him but doesn't swipe him off the table. Instead, he nudges the potato towards the cat and lets Sukuna do the job.

"Ah, that's right. You're the perfect husband material, Satoru-san! I almost want you for myself." One of them jokes playfully, making the others lightly slap her arm. "Suzuki-san!" They exclaim.

Seeing how Sukuna is helping Gojo peel potatoes, another woman says, "Wow, your cat is very smart, Satoru-san!"

The hand that's holding the potato flinches slightly at her comment. The cat glances up at him, beady red eyes staring at its master wordlessly. Before the pause becomes long enough for others to question him, Gojo responds, "I took it in because nobody wanted it. It hurt me, but I thought it would be a waste to let it die off by itself." His answer catches Sukuna off guard, making the cat stare at him with wide eyes.
