Name: Izuku Midoriya
Ability/Quirk: Hunter
Ability/Quirk Description: Allows the user to send visible pulses out infront of them, though only the user can see the red silhouettes of the people the pulses go through. Also gives the user enhanced tracking abilities, being able to determine how long a barely visible footprint had existed down to the seconds. Though it does increase the user's susceptibility to their own anger.
When filled with rage the user literally sees red, all people in their sights become glowing red silhouettes. The user also becomes animalistic when angered, losing the ability to talk and only able to grunt and growl.
Story Description: Anan Kurose, a hero, though not well known due to her rescue specialty. She had been called out to the site of a Tsunami. Many buildings were taken down by the colossal wave so she started using her quirk, Black Hole, to remove the debris. She suddenly saw an orange light appear and a teenager pull himself from the rubble with a green haired woman in his arms. The first life of many, to be saved by the ultimate hunter.
