Currently, Squad 13 were sitting in their living area, along with other squads from different Plantations, waiting for their next mission.

Goro: I still can't believe Papa tried to take Kokoro and Mitsuru away.

Ichigo: They tried to do the same thing they did to Nhazul, Hiro and Zero Two...

Futoshi: This is messed up...What did we do so bad, that they deserved to have been taken?!

Kokoro: I'm just so glad that Nhazul was their to save us...

Mitsuru: Who knows what would have happened to us if they did...

Zorome: I'm sure Papa has his reasons...

Miku: Zorome, are you serious?

Ikuno: They destroyed everything about the wedding we worked so hard for!

Zorome: Yeah, sure, but we've only ever had Papa our whole lives.

Miku: This isn't like you! I thought you were better then that!

Nhazul and Hiro then walked in and everyone saw them.

Ichigo: Oh, Hiro, Nhazul. How's Zero Two, Alpha and Delta?

Hiro: They're fine. She just needs to get some final tune ups.

Nhazul: I'm surprised they're willing to do Alpha and Delta, with those clones around. But, that's not all.

Hito: Nhazul and I are going to speak to Papa directly and tell him how we feel. If you all want to go, then come, we're going now.

(Timeskip)

After telling everyone they were going to see Papa, they all made their way to where Dr. Franxx was at and they entered his office.

Dr. Franxx: What is it?

Nhazul: We have a request.

After telling him that they wanted to talk to Papa, Dr. Franxx called Papa along with the other high ranking members of APE, as Nhazul and Hiro walked up.

Hiro: We want to know. Why? Why did you try to take Mitsu- Code 326 and Code 556 away.

Papa: Simple. We wanted to eliminate all irregularities before this important operation. That is all. But because of you Code 000, we were unable to do so.

Nhazul just glared at Papa, as he continued to talk.

Vice Chairman: What you're currently doing is a servers breach of protocol. Ordinarily, you'd be punished, but given your accomplishments, we'll let you off with a mere mention on your record. Return to your waiting quarters at once.

Futoshi: Why?! What did they do so wrong?!

Kokoro: Futoshi?

Futoshi: What did they do so wrong that they deserved to be taken?! They're just trying to be happy! Why are trying to take that away?!

Futoshi then started to walk up, but Goro stopped him, as Zorome spoke up.

Zorome: Um, can you tell us one thing...?

Papa: What is it?

Zorome: Please tell us... How many more Klaxosaurs do we have to kill before we can become adults?

Papa and the other APE members remained silent, as everyone just looked down saddened. Nhazul just was clinched his fists furiously.

Zorome: What are we living for, then? Do we really only exist to pilot Franxx and die? At least tell us that much, Papa!
