Oh yeah and pls note that whatever happened in 3.3 didnt happen here. This story is based from 3.2 and onwards.

It was one of those nights where it was just Raiden and Kunikuzushi, mother and son. It was something like a therapy session and Raiden somehow managed to get Scaramouche to talk together. Just the two of them.  "Right, well uhmm how have you been doing?" she asked out of concern, though he sometimes would wake up from the same nightmare, thinking that she would leave him again.

He nodded his head, not paying that much attention to the question asked. Instead, he was looking at the birds outside. To which, Raiden sighed, knowing that her efforts to please her son did not go in vain. "Can you tell me what you see in your dreams? I just want to help you..."

"Excuse me?" Scaramouche replied, looking at the direction of Raiden. Nobody has ever asked him what dreams he had. Even if he slept and woke up suddenly, gasping for air with his eyes wide, they would all keep silent, as if they were oblivious to this.

"Oh uhmm. They were dreams of... that child, Niwa, and you. Nothing worth interesting," he corrected, hoping not to sound too rude to his creator. Even though Raiden nodded her head and excused him, she knew that there really was something wrong.

A dream is where a person's realm of consciousness is disabled. It was where things that were lingering at the back of someone's mind would appear.

Being concerned for Scaramouche, the first thought that immediately cam to mind would be that she herself experienced what he dreamt of every night. And the only person that could help her would be the great and noble lady, guuji Yae. She was very pretty too, not to mention.

"You called me here just to allow you to visit this puppet's dream? My... I never expected the Raiden Shogun of Inazuma would bother me for some trivial matters. Of course, this doesn't include our reading session. Haha..." Yae Miko smirked as she walked inside the doors of Tenshukaku. The guards bowed their heads, pretending not to hear whatever Yae Miko just said and closed the door behind her.

"Miko! Uhhh I'm just concerned for him."

"Alright alright. Is the puppet still awake at this hour? I was getting some of my beauty sleep when you called me saying that it was an emergency," she sighed putting one of her hands on her forehead. "And you know the dangers of visiting someone in their dreams right? You must be familiar with their consciousness otherwise you can lose yourself in the process."

"Miko, I have survived 500 years or erosion. I will do my best to ensure that Kunikuzushi is relieved from his trauma. I feel that I'm responsible for that."

"Very well. Where is that puppet?"

Raiden brought her to where Scaramouche is as soon as she heard that. She was excited, knowing that her son would be free.

"Alright. Now concentrate on only him, and nothing else. Go on now. I will now send you to the puppet's dream. Remember not to show yourself to anybody during the time you spent there."

She sighed, closing her eyes and focusing on him. This was a risk that had to be taken.

-

The first thing she saw as soon as she opened her eyes was Tenshukaku. Except that it was more dark, with omnipresent sense feeling the air. The air was dark and cold, capable of sending chills down someone's spine. As she grew more prone to her surroundings, Raiden realised that this was Tenshukaku from 500 years ago.

"I'm sorry I don't have a lot of time to explain but I don't want intervene in your fate. Therefore, I will leave you outside of Shakkei Pavilion. I wish you the best," the familiar voice of her own filled that tiny room.

Cries of despair fileed the room and there was tiny voice that could bearly be heard. "Pls don't. I can be of use to you... I promise I'll get rid of all my feelings!" That voice pleased. Its voice soar from begginng, screaming and crying violently.

The scene then changed to where that same puppet became the 6th Fatui Harbinger, slaughtering countless of people. But would his creator from 500 years ago ever wanted the puppet she created to go down this path? It was as if he were a whole new different person.

Who could blame him for being this way? He was the monster she had created. He was trying to be that perfect puppet. To be everything she wanted that he lost himself. He was not a villian. He was just a boy who was influenced by his earlier traumas.  He was just a puppet whose heart had been shattered.

It was then that she understood that as his mother, he didn't trust her. Because he knew that he'll just be left heartbroken again and the shattered pieces of his heart cannot be fixed no matter how hard he tried.
