"Yes Mr Carter." I head Mr Hunter said on the other line
"Well once your done singing the contract my Lawyer drow up just send it back and I'll make an copy of it and send it to you once it's done." I said in a professional tone
"Mr Bamford is still your lawyer right?" Hunter asked on the other line
"No he's retired it's been a mother." I told him
"Your new lawyer is he good at he's job?" He asked like he was the paparazzi
"Yes my new lawyer knows what she doing." I said and I looked out of my office window
I heart my office doors swang open and there was only one thing on my mind. Why can't Hailey just knock what if I was busy fucking one of the secretary? I turned around and saw my mother standing there whit her white LV handbag in her right hand.
"Ohhh your lawyer is an woman?" He asked but it sounded more like he asked himself
"Yes my lawyer is a women, but Hunter I need to go." I said as I turn to look at my mother walking towards my desk
"I understand Logen ." He said and I hung uped my phone and placed it on my desk
Once my phone was on my desk I walked around my desk towards my mother and she put her handbag on my desk and open her arms for me to give her a hug like I was still 8 years old, she gave me tight hug like she was scared of losing me.
I wonder what's the reason is why my mother just came and visit like this out of the blue usely she calles before she came but what can the reason be?
"Mom what didn't you call to tell me that you were caming." I asked after pulling away from my mother's hug
"I'm your mother Logen I don't need to make a appointment to came and see my sweet little boy...I don't think so."
"That's not what I mean...you don't even like being in an office Mom." I said walking back to my office chair
"You know your mother so well, but I'm here to talk to you about something very interested." My mother said dramatically voice
"Mom please have a seat." I said looking at her and she pul out a chair and sat down on it an gave me a slight smile
"The woman who's going to marry you one day will be very lucky." My mother said like she's planing my Widding with out me knowing
"Do you want something to drink Mom while we talk about this in portent something you wanna tell me." I said dishing the wedding topic
My mother would never give up on this wedding topic trying to get me to love someone witch I don't believe in just fucking imagen me getting married to someone believing in love and when I believe it's nothing but just another word for lie, but for sure she's planing something and in no time she'll tell me.
"Yes sweet heart just tea whit out Melk and only 2 sugers please." My mother said like sugers was only bad news
I looked at my mother as I picked up my office phone on my desk and pressed a button "Jess bring one black coffee to my office and tea whit no Melk and 2 sugers." I said and put then phone down in my PA ear.
"My PA would bring our drinks to my office soon." I told my mother as she looking at the time
"Okay while we wait let's me tell you the important news." My mother said like this was the news of the year
"Okay mother I'm listening." I said sitting a bit backwards into my chair
"Well you remember Mr Bamford daughter Olivia?" My mother said like I can't remember her at all and her eyes was begging me to remember her
"Yes mother I remember her." I said and my mother's face lighten up
"That's good news I was thinking maybe we should have lunck whit her again it's been so long sine we saw her darling." My mother said but I knew what she was trying to do my mother always thought about me and Via to get married one day and have little mini me running in the house and calling her grandma
"Mom maybe you and Olivia should have that lunch together and catch up because me and Via did catched up last month like 2 time." I told my mother and this time she smiled more then she did a couple of minutes ago
"Finnaly how long have I've been dreaming of this day that the 2 of you would ended up together this is the best news I heard today." My mother said and I couldn't believe that she actually think me and Olivia are in low
10 MINUTES LATER Jess walked into my office an broth us our drinks she left and close the door behind her I told my mother what happened between me and Via but I left out the part that I fucked my old lawyer's daughter I just told her the basics like her father ask her to bring a document to my office and that we bump into each other and that I took her to diner but as friend I know Via see me more as a friend but I could never look at any women like I look at my Hailey...I should really stop calling her that.
My office door swang open whit out another knock fuck this people have no respect for me not even a little bit. I wasn't surprise when I saw her just walking into my office like she didn't give a fuck, my eyes followed her perfectly long tan legs until she stopped in her tracks and froze when she saw my mother sitting right before my desk she wasn't scared but I could tell she was fucking shocked to see my mother after 5 years.
My mother looked at Hailey standing there whit the IPhone box in her and I saw the look in my mother eyes that I saw 5 years ago when I took Hailey to my parents mansion the first time and my mother looked at Hailey the same way she did the first time but this time whit more hatred and this was bad.
Why does my mother even still facing hate Hailey after 5 years I thought she forgot all about her by now.
Does Hailey know something my mother did?
