"You really know all of them?" You asked, eyes reflecting the billions of stars that stood outside the alien ship.
"Yes, I can name every single one," the Doctor told you smiling, as you were blatantly unaware of him admiring you as you did with the stars.
"Any named after me?" You joked, noticing his stare as you turned to look at him.
"I don't know, Y/N such a new name," he messed with you as you rolled your eyes, his antics no longer phasing you after being his companion for so long. "But sadly, no."
"Aw bollocks," you joked, moving away from the window to face the hallway, "Shall we get back to the party?"
"We shall, my lady," the Doctor told you, taking your hand and pulling you down the hallway towards the alien party, full of all sorts of creatures from every bit of the galaxy.
Shaking your head, you muttered under your breath, "Dork."
"Hey, who's down there?" A voice shouted from a little farther up the hall. You and the Doctor froze, knowing it was one of the ship owners hosting the party, and if asked for credentials or if you held their focus too long, it could blow your cover and reveal that neither of you were supposed to be here.
Eyes flitting to the Doctor, you could see his brain at work, trying to devise a plan. "Fuck it," you mumbled, knowing there were only a few seconds left.
Pulling the Doctor in by his tie, you crashed your lips against his, feeling the tense surprise from the Doctor before he slowly gave in, catching a hint of what you were doing.
"Oh god, not another bunch," the owner groaned as he saw the two of you. "Back to the party Mr. and Mrs?"
"Smith," the Doctor told him after breaking away from you, sending you a wink as you tried to hide your amusement at the name he had chosen.
The owner paused, confusion lying in the pit of his eyes, "There were no Smiths on the guest list."
"Well, that idea failed," you whispered before running down in the opposite direction from the owner, the Doctor following quickly behind.
Looking behind you, narrowly catching a glimpse of the owner as you rounded the corner, you yelled at the Doctor, "Where's the TARDIS?"
"Two more lefts than one right," He managed to get out before stepping into a puddle of blue liquid, groaning as he saw it seep into his converse.
"We can fix them later, right now we need to move!" You yelled at him before pulling his coat's sleeve, the owner gaining more and more distance because of the unfortunate accident.
The doctor risked looking behind you two, knocking over a barrel on the side of the hallway to try and stop your impending attacker, "We're almost there but he's gaining on us!"
"Use your screwdriver! Or just do something!" You groaned, trying not to trip as you ran down the hallway, thankful your endurance had largely improved after traveling so often with the doctor.
The doctor sputtered as you came to a stop in front of the blue police box, never had you ever been so happy to see it in your life, the doctor fumbled with the keys in his hand, unlocking it before ushering you in, slamming the door behind you and running towards the controls.
"They're banging on the door!" You yelled across the room, leaning against the thin material to try and keep it closed.
"Oh, just let them." The doctor waved a hand at you, "The TARDIS can hold up against anything."
A sense of urgency began to develop as the banging seemed harder and harder, you knew the TARDIS needed some repairs, but you didn't think they would take this long, "Are you close to getting us out?"
The doctor whooped as the TARDIS began to emit its normal noise, you let out a grateful breath as you walked towards the center. He looked at you excitedly, a smile wide on his face, "We did it!"

Moments of domesticity were rare in your adventures with the doctor, but after the events that had just unfolded it felt well deserved.
The TARDIS was quiet, only the classic whirs and buzzes of it filled the inside. Sitting on a couch the doctor had added in, from your apartment back on the edge of London, you had changed into a simpler, more casual set of clothes, simple sweatpants and a t shirt.
The doctor sat down on the couch with a groan, you smirked behind the cover of the book you were reading, "I told you to stop wearing converse so often, they're only going to hurt your feet more."
"It's almost like you cursed me," the doctor mumbled before lifting up one of his legs, his converse caked with oil and some other substances.
"Aw poor thing, your converse got all dirty, it's definitely the end of the world," you joked, knowing that you could just wash them somewhere and they would dry within a few hours.
The doctor hummed before punching you on the arm lightly, not even making you flinch and instead rolling your eyes at the time lord, "Ill have you know, it is the end of the world.
"Mhm yes, it's your fault we got into that mess that ruined your precious shoes."
"Oi!" The doctor shouted, offended evident by his expression, "It's your fault too!"
"Sure Mr. Let's-go-to-this-party and ignore Y/N asking if we need to forge an invitation," leaning over to tap the doctors head mockingly.
The doctor ruffled his hair, fixing it back into place, before frowning, "You little rat."
"At least this little rat had a plan that almost worked." Even if your idea didn't work at least it bought some time to prepare to run and plan your route.
The doctors frown changed to a smile, as his thoughts wandered to earlier, not thinking over whether it would be a good idea to admit his thoughts aloud, "That kiss was nice."
Your hands grazed over your lips as you unconsciously touched your face, recalling the floating feeling you got when kissing the doctor, "It rather was."
The doctor stared at you before grinning, slowly moving in before asking, "Should we try again?"
