The days with Aonung have been amazing, you have been much happier these past few days and the entire family has noticed, yet no one has spoken up about.

Both you and Lo'ak have been happier and more upbeat than usual. Everyone knew about Lo'ak and Tsireya, but not many people were aware of the fact that you and Aonung had been seeing one another.

I'm pretty sure no one other than my family and Tsireya know anything of it.  Even Tsireya has been saying Aonung has been much more cheerful lately.

Yet I had not seen Aonung today which was strange. Kiri sat out with our dad and I seen that she seemed a bit upset I walked over, but as soon as I made me way over Neteyam marched in with Aonung in his grip..

"Tell then what you told me!"

Aonung swatted Neteyam's arm away and he snatched his body from my brother's grip.

Jake looked to the boy a bit confused..

"I took Lo'ak beyond the reef to hunt.. and.. left him there.."

He said the last part a bit above a whisper as he head dropped in shame, I could do nothing but gasp.

From what I've heard it's extremely dangerous beyond the reef. Dangerous animals are out there and he sent your little brother out there to fend for himself...?

Aonung looked up at you, your eyes lowered in fear and worry for you baby brother.. you said not a word to Aonung..

"Wait.. y/n just liste-"

I couldn't hear another mutter from his mouth I stopped him before he could even touch me. I took a shaky breath feeling the rage begin to surface..

"Step away from me Aonung. "

He frowned as he fixed his composure he reached his hands out to me.

"Y/n, please just-"

I stepped away from him tears began to form.

"I have nothing to say to you, I must go find my brother."

Without another word I turned and quickly made my way to the Ilu and jumped into the water throwing the saddle over here.

Mother stopped me before I could swim off.

"No, y/n it is too dangerous. They are getting ready to send a search party, please stay here with Kiri and Tuk.."

As much as I wanted to go looking for my brother I had no choice but to do what mother asked of me , I sighed as I slowly gotten off the Ilu and walked into the hut to see Tuk sitting obviously worried for her big brother.

I held her closely comforting her as I brushed her hair back with my hands I rocked her to sleep minutes later she fell asleep.

She was obviously tired from crying so I laid her to rest, as I walked out I seen that Lo'ak was approaching the docks. I ran to him to make sure he was okay mom, dad, the chief, his mate, and Aonung already there.

Lo'ak looked enraged, his vision focused on Aonung, father pulled Lo'ak aside breaking up a fight before it could even get started.

"I pray to Eywa I do not have to pluck the eyes of my son."

Mother reached out at Lo'ak's eye he played it off seeing as Tsireya was there and was also worried.

"No my son is to blame for this.. he knew better.."

"No, it was my fault.. Aonung tried to talk me out of it."

Lo'ak stopped Tonowari before he could go any father with punishing Aonung. He obviously lied for the both because Aonung looked just as confused as everyone else.. after everyone was dismissed Aonung ran off to Lo'ak.
