eddie panicked for 20 more minutes until he decided to call his friend bill for support. he rushed back down the stairs and to the telephone and dialed bill's number.
"pick up. pick up. pick up." he muttered
"Hello, b-bill de-denbrough speaking" bill said, talking into the phone
"BILLINEEDHELPIGOTASKETCHYLETTERSAYINGIWASACCEPTEDATSOMEWACKOSCHOOL" eddie rambled
"w-what? slow d-down man," bill said
eddie took a deep breath and said "I got a weirdo letter saying I was accepted at some school for wizards... please don't think I'm crazy but an owl gave it to me-"
"oh yeah. the same thing happened to me. the school is real. my mom told me, she's a witch" bill said calmly
"ok.. what the fuck do I do then?!" eddie said
"The s-school year is gonna start soon eddie. i-I'm going, you can f-follow me?" bill suggested
"Sure yeah whatever." eddie said with doubt. "how long until then?"
"Well, the s-semester starts in a w-week," bill said
eddie sighed and said "I don't think my mom will let me go bill"
"I'm sure y-you can f-find a w-way" bill said confidently.
After a few minutes of bill conferting eddie about the situation the call ended and eddie collapsed on his bed.
