I was sitting downstairs scrolling through tiktok seeing all my friends from calfornia having the best time without me it felt weird I never went a day without them.

"mom I'm going to the park with my friends." my cousin lila tells my aunt

Wtf I don't wanna go with her and her friends their all obsessed with boys.

"fine she can come." she settles down grabbing her phone motioning me to come.

"I'm going to the mall see ya later." I tell lila while getting off the bench to walk to the mall that was only down the road.
