Arc 2: The Last of the Valkyries

      It was the end of the Selenese Civil War of the year 2102 when both sides had gained nothing but the destruction of their societies. The Confederacy of South Selene had once a promising future with its independence, but now it has become a dictatorship with democracy as only a formality. And for the Selenese Empire, the royal family other than queen Ariana and a few others were destroyed and buried under the dust of their former culture. And even with the resolve of the people of both nations, both stood on the precipice of destruction. And for this, Prince Darius, the true heir to the Valkyries saw his opportunity to rebuild what the Valkyries had lost.

     And although prince Darius had lost many of his own Valkyries in battle, as their prince he would not let their sacrifice be in vain. He was going to rebuild the Valkyrie nation his father Odin refused to cultivate and be a nation free from the oppression of king Azrael of the Void kingdom. And in his moment of solitude, prince Darius said, "I will not let the Valkyrie nation stay like this forever. As their prince I will give it new life. No more will I allow this nation be overtaken with drunken tyrants and kings who care for nothing but their own power fantasy. I will build a new age of reason where we will live by truth and wage war for the values of truth, goodness, and beauty above the bestial desires of kingly men. And if I have to destroy the remnants of the Selenese Empire and the Confederacy of Selene to do so, I will do what I must."

     And following his solitary speech, prince Darius commanded the remaining fleet of Andrew Jackson class dreadnaughts and prepared to take the Selenese nations by force. But there's one thing prince Darius forgot to account for, and that was the Tanuki and her friends that put him in his place before and will do it once again. Except this time, it will be permanently.
