We walked down the stairs and chatted away it felt like I'd known him my whole life. I saw Dillon sitting at the table with Ally eating breakfast but I quickly adverted my eyes.
"Where do you think your going Hayden?" Dillon's voice asks loudly with a hint of anger to it. God this man is angry like all the time.
"Master Angel has requested for me to accompany him with his visits to the shops." He replies.
"What! Why does he get to go!" Ally cries to Dillon.
"Shut up why don't you." Is what I really wish I said but instead I said nothing and waited to see if Hayden would say anything.
"Calm down baby I'll take you out on a lovely date tonight okay?" Dillon whispered into her ear and kissing her forehead.
I took in Ally's appearance and the one thing that stood out was her mega mind forehead. Now that is her new nickname. I find myself quite the comedian.
"Can we go?" I ask Hayden looking up at his towering height.
"Of course you must be hungry, I know a lovely cafe not too far away from the mall." He nods and we walk out a smirk plastered on my face when I see megaminds anger.
As we walk further out of the property, Hayden told me to wait a second while he gets his car so we don't have to walk too far. This man is a gentleman for sure.
He pulls up and as I walk over to the car he gets up and runs to the passenger side. "After you." Hayden smiles showing off his pearly white teeth.
"Thank you dear sir." I joke and he laughs walking back to the drivers seat. I didn't want this to be a awkward and silent car ride so I did the thing I'm best at and that's starting a conversation. "So tell me something about you."
"Like what?" He questions turning down the radio. I think to myself.
"Wait! Let's play 21 questions. I'll ask you a question and you ask me one." He nods and I take that as my queue to start. "Do you have any siblings?"
"Yep I have 6. Three sisters and three brothers and my house is chaotic on Christmas Day and family gatherings." Hayden smiles. I could tell he was someone who had great love for his family. "Do you have any pet animals?"
"Well I have a cat, but I had to leave him behind when I moved here. He was so cute and tiny! I named him Peanut since when he was a kitten he was small like a Peanut. Although he still hasn't grown." I smile thinking about my baby.
"I like cats too they are very hairy which is annoying because you find it on all your clothes, but then again they are so cuddly." Hayden laughs. I only just realised now he sounds different. Not like a robot which is how he sounded when I first met him, but he sounds like a normal person.
"Okay my turn!" I think really fast and then a question hits me. "Are you single?"
"Yep I am actually. Been through the dating apps but none of the people I met could handle the job I've got. They think I'm gonna kill them or something but I could never do that to anyone who I love."
"Anyone would be lucky to date you. You know your charming, kind and sweet. I would date you if I could." I whispered the last part hoping he didn't hear. But I was wrong.
He came close to my ear and whispered, "I'd date you too if I could."
