Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients :
1 cup all-purpose flour  
4 eggs
1 cup fresh milk 
½ teaspoon salt

How to make : 

1. Add all-purpose flour and eggs one by one, then mix well.
2. Add a little fresh milk first, stir well. Then add all the fresh milk.  
3. Add ½ teaspoon of salt. Stir well.
4. Use a spoon to check if there are still lumps of all-purpose flour, then stir again.
5. Put the mixture in the jug. Set aside.
6. Pour some oil into the mold. Then heat for 5 minutes at 200°C. 
7. Then put the mixture into the heated mold.
8. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
9. Ready to serve.

Tip : Can be served with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, cream or dip with curry.
