Everybody took the day off the next day. We all agreed that after the event, we'd be too tired to work so we just had a relaxing free day.

After that however, it was back to the old grind. For the next 2 weeks, Work went normally that day even during lunch. We kinda had an agreement to not bring up the police station until he tells us which he is currently silent about. It wasn't until after work, some kind of closure actually happened and not because of Bing.

After work ended, the same cops from yesterday showed up.

"Officers! What are you doing here?" I asked politely but shocked.

"We have some very exciting news for you." They said.
"What is it?" Bang asked, confused.

The cops pulled up the newspaper for this week.

Photo Mad car driver finally put behind bars

"Wait! That's the car I got into! And the driver is exactly the same!" Bing exclaimed.

"Are you saying the driver was...a maniac?" Bo asked, scared.

"Yes. Apparently the driver had a history of taking passengers only to drop them off in remote areas. Sometimes killing them if they try to escape while in the car."

"WAIT! SO BING COULD'VE BEEN.."

"Yes unfortunately." The other cop interrupted Bo.

"Oh well that's a relief that Bing was safe and sound."

"Yeah, we've often been getting calls asking for help that's been mysteriously cut short. Tracing found them traveling to random destinations. With Bing's evidence found, we finally hd the evidence to make a case against them and bring this man o justice."

"The force is very grateful for your bravery Bing." THe cop said, offering a handshake.

Bing accepted it smiling as Bang cheered him on.

Top be honest, I couldn't help but feel happy too.

Our little energetic buddy using it to his advantage.

Once the cops left. Bing smiled ear to ear, jumping erratically up and down.

"DID YOU GUYS HEAR IT? I'M A HERO!"

"You sure are Bing!" Bang smiled.

"Great job Bing!" Bo cheered.

Boop gave Bing a smile and a thumbs up, silent as ever.

"Does that mean we can finally PLAN a super cool sleepover at my house?" Bing asked Smiling.

Everyone looked at me, and I looked at Bing with smiles in my eyes.

"Of course." I grinned.

"YES! Thank you Beep!" Bing hugged, the first time he ever did that.

"You're welcome, Bing." I smiled.

Bing smiled and then ran outside in the rain with everyone else as we ran to catch up with him.

While it wasn't a clear or at least foggy day, we still had lot's of puddles present.

"Hey Bing! We can plan this anytime, but we can't always play in the puddles 24/7!"

"Aww YEAH!" Bing smirked.

He then jumped around and played in the puddles with Bo and Boop as I sat around and smiled.

Then suddenly, someone touched my back.

"Great choice dude!" Bang smiled. "How'd you get the idea anyway man?"

"Well a famous person said that life isn't waiting for a storm to pass but dancing in the rain."

"Well that's a smirky way of stating that you want to dance." Bang smiled cheekily at me.

"Wait what?" I asked flustered.

"Don't think I don't know Beep! I've been catching onto things in my free time. I have my ways y'know!" He grinned.

"Now..."

"Do you care to dance?"

I smiled. " You know it."

"The two of us grabbed hands and literally danced in the rain.

Sometimes, I feel like a parent with Bing as the kid and Bang as the dad

But kids grow up

And Bing is getting there.

And if he's willing to become more focused like me, I can become more carefree like him too.

Hopefully, the moment wouldn't be broken with a horrible cold but getting sick would be my only worry here...

However I could take a risk.

Just like Bing does all the time.
