Chaos waits for my answer. I frown. "Help me how?" I ask. She glances around frowning. Then she nods, more to herself, and looks back at me. "Salt." She says suddenly. I raise a brow. "What?"
"Salt, our long lost cousin?" She says.
"You mean Saltereena?" I ask. Chaos nods slowly. "Yes." I look to the side. "She doesn't like to use nicknames, I don't think." She shakes her head. "She really is the opposite you, Pepper."
"You seem annoyed of that." I say. She scoffs softly. "I kind of am."
She holds out her hand to me, and I take it. She snaps her fingers and magic engulfs her hands, spreading to her, and me.
The white flash blinds me for a moment, and then it goes away. We're in the isolated kingdom's town, where the outdoors are simulated; just like Cyboriis wanted. We're standing in front of a concrete house. "I believe she lives here." Chaos says.
I raise a brow. "Do you spy on everyone?" I ask. She shakes her head. "Just every one in my family."
"You really need to stop that." Chaos grins. "But I won't."
She reaches to knock on the door. "Chaos-" She stops, and looks at me. "Thanks for helping me." I say. She nods.
"You're welcome, Pepper." She says, staring at me for a moment. "Something tells me you don't want Saltereena's help."
I look off to the side. "What-? Where'd you get that idea?" I clench my teeth. She gives a bored look. "You?"
My eyes widen. "Oh."
You dug through my mind, again..
"Yep."
She grins.
"So how else can you help me?" I ask. Chaos stares at me. "Do you really want that answer?" She grins, raising a brow. She seems to become that- vision of me for a second. I shake my head and it's gone. My cousin stands before me.
"No."
I hug her suddenly, and she slowly hugs me back. "What's wrong?" She asks. I shake my head. "Nothing, I just love you, cuz."
She hesitates. "I love you too, cuz. Where's this coming from?" She pulls away. "I realized just how long you've been gone." I say.
Chaos tilts her head. Those chaotic eyes studying me at my core.
"You missed me that much?"
I hadn't realized. "Yes." I say.
"I missed you too, Pep."
Traple appears where Chaos stood, as the door opens.
