After Makoto ordered an audit for the Prefect team three days ago, tensions have started escalating once more. The plans have generated conflicting reactions across the Bundestag. Prefect and Pandemonium MPs have been debating furiously about whether to pass it or not. the votings will be held tomorrow but for now, the Chairwoman invites Sensei on this fine day  for some discussion about the current state of Gehenna. she is also interested in learning more about the teacher, who is well-known across Kivotos for his endearing and generous nature.

(In the Pandemonium Society HQ)

To get ready for their meeting, Makoto brought a bottle of Spätgehinnom in her office. the wine is produced from grapes that are cultivated and is matured for a year in oak barrels. It finishes smoothly and tastes like cherries, raspberries, and spices. A classic delectable wine that is enjoyed by Pandemonium members on special occasions, a wine that Makoto chose for this occasion given her meeting with Sensei.

She also made sure that no documents were delivered to her office so that there would be no disruption. after all, you wouldn't want a special guest to see a disorganized desk piled high with same old documents from either the Bundestag or other clubs.

After that, Makoto straightened the portrait of herself that was proudly hanging on the wall and adjusted the items on her desk. She waited patiently, took a long breath, and then sat back in her chair, gently arranging the folds of her uniform.

Just then, the door opened and in walked a tall, broad-shouldered man wearing a white suit and a tie. Makoto stood up and bowed respectfully before him.

Makoto: Welcome, Sensei. Thank you for taking the time to visit me and discuss the matters at hand. If I'm not mistaken, this is our first official meeting, right?

Sensei: It is and Its an honor to be here. I understand you have many questions and I am quite familiar with the social and political scene in Gehenna. shall we get started?

Makoto nodded while smiling. She had at last had a formal face-to-face meeting with the appropriate person whom she had anticipated to come. both then sat down to start the meeting.

Makoto: What do you think is the biggest issue facing Gehenna internally?

Sensei: It's difficult to say. There are a lot of various issues to think about.

Makoto: I can understand, though Gehenna's culture revolves around the concepts of Freedom and Chaos, Chaos and instability has been on the rise in the Academy ever since the failed Eden Treaty.

Sensei: It appears like the last four months have been difficult for you guys.

Makoto: It's true, many clubs called for changes to some of our strict laws, though the Council Bloc of the Bundestag enacted many of them to help combat instability.

Sensei: Huh, are your laws really that strict?

Makoto: Not so, although Prefect MPs strongly opposed our laws and demanded alternatives, but we disregarded them because we thought they might make a radical suggestion. do you mind giving me some advice?

Sensei: You can always compromise with them since the biggest challenge is finding effective solutions that work for everyone. we need to understand each other's perspectives and find a consensus in order to move forward.

Makoto: Compromising is a rare thing to do in the Bundestag. for most of the time, Prefect MPs tend to always clash with Pandemonium MPs without even thinking about compromising and just argue on how bad we are. I guess that's just how it works in Gehenna.

Sensei: This Academy is, after all, quite unique in its own right.

Makoto: Anyway, Sensei, would you want to drink on some Spätgehinnom? the wine is popular amongst Pandemonium.

Sensei: Sure, I occasionally wonder what the wine in this Academy tastes like.

Makoto: Alright, I'll open it. I promise you will like this!

Sensei nodded his head and Makoto expertly got to work. But it seemed easier said than done as Makoto had a hard time trying to open the well sealed bottle. She tried again and again, but the cork just wouldn't budge.

Makoto: T-this cork is really well sealed.......

Sensei: Need Assistance, Ms. Chairwoman?

Makoto: P-probably?

Sensei: Makoto, I can open it if you want. just hand me the bottle.

Makoto: Alright Alright.

Sensei then gently took the bottle from her hands.

Makoto smiled as she watched Sensei in action. With less than a minute of effort, the cork was finally undone and free.

Makoto: As one would anticipate from a teacher who has assisted numerous students. I'm amazed!

Sensei: hehe.....it was nothing.

After pouring the wine, Sensei looked Makoto in the eye. they both resumed the conversation as he filled their glasses.

Makoto: So Sensei.........what do you think of the Prefect team?

Sensei: Ah, them? They appear to be good individuals who do their jobs just fine. even though a particular secretary had once done something questionable.

Makoto: Even though they did a fine job of carrying out their tasks, they have recently gained popularity despite applying strict law and order enforcement. even in the halls of the bundestag and here in HQ.

Sensei: That's interesting.........

Makoto: Every student in the Academy has either heard and celebrated about Hina's valiant actions amid the tumult of the Eden Treaty While I and other members of Pandemonium had to recover in a hospital and return with mixed reactions from students.

Sensei: Due to the agreement you made with Arius?

Makoto: Yes, it damaged our reputation among the academy's liberal council members and students. 2 months ago, some students demanded a radical change in leadership in a rally but were neutralize by the Bewaffnete Kräfte for using total violence.

Sensei: Bewaffnete Kräfte?

Makoto: It's the military of Pandemonium. The Bewaffnete Kräfte or BK follow our orders, unlike the Prefect team. We are still fortunate to have them in charge of a few of the eastern districts.

Sensei: Having 2 different Military forces in Gehenna sure does add to the division.

Makoto: Let's just hope that things don't get even more divided than they are.
