Cranky

"I know he angered you but you can't just go around killing people who piss you off." Andy said as he used his magic to make the guy's body disappear.

"I snapped." I said nonchalantly.

"Yeah, no shit. Shit like this can't happen. Especially not with the treaty in place. I explained to you before, we have to be careful how we feed and even more so about who we kill." he explained again, clearly angry.

"Andy it'll be fine. No one is going to miss him." I said, recalling the man's thoughts as he thought he was dying.

"No, It's not fine. No one deserves to die... you remember telling me that when I threatened to kill Eric? Eric was actually a bad person, this guy might've been a nuisance to society but he wasn't a bad person. You can't just disregard human life like this. This cannot happen again. Do you understand me (Y/N)?" Andy said sternly as he stood up and looked down at me.

"Andy... who do you think you're talking to like that?" I asked him offended at his condescending tone.

"Fuck... I didn't mean... (Y/N) this is a serious matter, please. You need to understand." he said in a much calmer tone.

"I understand Andy. I saw red, I'm sorry." I said to him and he sighed before pulling me into a hug.

"I'll have to clean up this mess, compel anyone who knew he was here." he said before sighing again.

"Okay, if you happen to see Sylas out there, send him to me please." I said as I pulled away from him and he looked at me confused.

"Why?" he asked me.

"I need to talk to him." I said as I walked past Andy and he grabbed my wrist gently.

"About what?" he asked.

"Andy you are my husband. There is no reason for you to worry about him anymore." I said to him and he lightly squeezed my wrist.

"Then why not just tell me?" he said softly.

"I want to go hunt okay?" I said.

He turned to face me shocked.

"You just drained a guy to death, why do you need to go hunt?" Andy asked confused.

"Because I am frustrated. I need to get it out of my system." I said and he narrowed his eyes at me.

"This is why I want him to hunt with me. He isn't going to judge me like you are doing right now." I said and he let go of my wrist.

"I heard my name. Everything okay? Why does it smell like blood in here?" Sylas said as he stepped into the house.

"Because she just killed someone. I'm going to sort out compelling those who knew he was here. She wants you to go hunt with her." he said as he walked up to Sylas who looked shocked.

He placed his hand on Sylas' shoulder and looked him dead in his eyes.

"She wants you to go with because I'm apparently judgmental about her wanting to hunt after draining someone and killing them. Make sure she doesn't break any of the treaty rules." Andy said before leaving the house.

"Fighting already?" Sylas asked me amused.

"He forgets, I was out for a year and I haven't hunted once since waking again. I snapped and killed a guy. I need to get the frustration out of my system before it happens again." I said.

"You can't exactly be mad at him though. He is just trying to keep the peace. You broke a treaty rule, he's just trying to make sure you understand that." Sylas said.

"You're defending him?" I asked him amused.

"He kept the peace while you were out. We all had to adjust to the rules, he's just worried about you being in the firing line." he said and I rolled my eyes.

"I can't be in the firing line. A society of warlocks and humans aren't strong enough to hurt me." I said.

"You can't be reckless thinking you're untouchable. The warlocks gave the humans weapons to fight the supernatural. Andy is trying to avoid a war. You're the alpha now, You need to keep up with what he enforced while you weren't there. He kept us safe, he doesn't want you to jeopardize that." he said.

"I wont. I am the Alpha, I will keep this pack safe no matter what." I said.

"You have to stick to the treaty. Promise me you'll at least do that. For Andy, and for all of our sakes." he said and I looked away from him.

"I can't make any promises, this treaty and it's rules are suffocating." I said.

"It is what it is. We just want peace." Sylas said.

"I'll try my best to stick to the treaty, okay?" I said and he looked at me unbelieving.

"Try... it sounds like an excuse for failure." Sylas stated.

"Sylas... Don't give me grief as well." I said.

"Then don't be a bitch about the treaty. The pack is counting on you. Don't be selfish." He said as he came to stand right in front of me.

"Stand the hell down, don't think for a second I'll tolerate you stepping up on me like that." I said as I flashed him my red eyes.

"Relax will you? I'm not stepping up on you. I want to help you get out of that dress so we can go. Pretty sure you don't want to rip your wedding dress when you shift." he said calmly.

"Oh." I said as I turned around.

He undid the lacing on my bustier and helped me pull the dress over my head.

"You are so cranky, can definitely tell you're frustrated. When we come back, don't forget to apologize to your husband." he said.

"I will. I just really feel like I'm going to explode if I don't go hunt." I said.

"Yeah please don't go doing that again." he chuckled.

In my lingerie I took Sylas' hand and teleported us to the middle of the forest.

"Would've thought you'd want to change into actual clothes but okay. This forest... it's the same one as your wedding venue. We have to go further away." he stated.

"Let's just run further away then." I said before shifting into my wolf form.

Sylas shifted as well and nuzzled into me.

"Run, I've got your back, my love."
