Phayu's turn 2

Phayu just got to Rain's house for dinner with his parents for the first time. He was rarely nervous, but this was one of those times.

He rang the bell and a moment later the door was opened by one of his fathers. He was intimidating. Man didn't look happy that he was there and by the look, he gave him he guessed that the man must be Rain's Dad Tharn.

Phayu waid ''Good afternoon''

''Hello'' Tharn said ''you must be Phayu, right?''

''Yes, Khun I'm Phayu, it's a pleasure to meet you''

''Mhh'' He was scaling him up and down.

Rain told Phayu his parents were protective, especially his Dad. He also knew Ran's Dad Tharn didn't like that his son has a boyfriend so young. He understood, he would do anything for Rain, he loved him like nobody before him. Rain's parents didn't know that although and Phayu would just have to prove he is worth it being with Rain.

Tharn was just about to say something when a voice said getting closer ''Tharn, let the boy get in'' Type glared at His Husband

''Come in'' Type

''Thank you, Khun'' Phayu waid

''There's no need for Khun, Phi would do just fine.'' Type said smiling. ''I'm Type and this one here '' pointing at Tharn ''is Tharn. I'm sure he was too busy glaring at you to introduce himself'' Phayu and Type laughed.

''It's a pleasure to meet both of you, I'm Phayu''

''Hey, I wasn't glaring'' Tharn defend himself

''Aha, sure'' Type ignored his husband ''Why don't we go to the kitchen, while Tharn calls Rain''

''Sound good to me'' Phayu

''I think – '' Tharn started, but one look from Type shut him up and he climbed up the stairs to his son's room.

Phayu smiled.

Tharn maybe be one in charge, but Type was definitely one in control.

Knock, knock. ''The guest has arrived so hurry –'' Before he could finish door was open and there was Rain running down the stairs.

''Slow down'' Tharn yelled, but Rain didn't listen.

Rain jump the moment he saw Phayu. Phayu caught him easily and they hug. Phayu chuckled lovingly.

''I missed you'' Rain said

''But we saw each other this morning and you already missed me'' Phayu teased

Rain pouted ''Stop teasing me''

''Okey, I'll stop'' Phayu said

''You didn't miss me'' Rain pouted

''You know I miss you every second you're not with me'' Phayu said

Type was happy. He loved Rain and seeing his interaction with Phayu made him smile. Phayu loved him (Rain). Type saw the way he looked at him and the way his eyes lit up the moment Rain ren to him (Phayu).

Tharn on the other hand wasn't so happy, he was grumpy. He wanted to stop whatever that was happening in front of him so he cough to get their attention.

Phayu and Rain turned to Tharn. They separated and Rain blushed. He forgot they were in front of his parents.

''That's enough'' Tharn stated, before he could continue Type interaptred ''Okey, let's have dinner''

While they were eating Type asked ''So how did you two meet''

''Well we meet when P'Phayu changed a flat tire on my car in the middle of the road'' Rain said

''You had a flat tire'' Tharn asked surprised ''When did this happened''

''About six months ago. it was the day before you and Pa came back from your trip.''

''Okey. That still doesn't explain why you didn't tell us'' Tharn asked.

He knew he would get Rain a lecture after, about how to take care of his care, but he would be more worried for him. Tharn tried all Rain's life to be a father Rain could count on so seeing how his son didn't even say anything made him think that he failed as a father.

Noticing the change in his husband Type put his hand on his thighs as a sign to try to calm him down and it worked, it always worked.

Rain looked at his Dad surprised ''I did tell you'' then he remembered ''well at least Pa''

''Tharn look at Type and then it hit Type ''hold up Phayu is the guy who helped you''

Rain nodded ''But didn't he also fix your care a few weeks after that''

''Yes, he did.''

Type looked confused ''I thought Phayu is you're senior from the faculty''

''I am'' this time Phayu answered ''but my family owns a garage, so when I have time I help my brother''

''So you're a mechanic'' Tharn asked

''And architect'' Phayu said.

'' Isn't it exhausting '' Type

''It can be but I love it way too much to give away either one of them''.

Type nodded.

''So how exactly did you become boyfriends'' Type

Rain and Phayu looked at each other and affectionately smiled.

Phayu started ''I like Rain from the first time a saw him, but he didn't like me very much at the time, because the girl he was crushing on liked me. So Rain bet me he could make me fall in love with him in 30 days max, not knowing I was already in love with him. So after time passed he finally agreed to be my boyfriend''

While Phayu was telling the story Rain blushed remembering how impulsively he bet Phayu.

Type burst into laughter and even Tharn smiled a little bit.

The rest of the dinner went in peace, by the end of it Tharn excepted Phayu as his son's partner, although he would never admit to that.
