🏦Meeting Warabi's Parents Part 2🏦

Ikkan Warabi and his parents are eating seaweed casserole for dinner together. Warabi and his mom chatted for as they ate. While Sidon was glaring knives at Ikkan.

Warabi: (Noms casserole) Isn't this nice? Everyone sitting at the table together. :)

Sidon: 😠

Ikkan: 🤨

Octavia: Absolutely. 😁 (Noms Casserole)

Ikkan: Well, I finished my food. Maybe me and Warabi should be going back now.

Warabi: But we just got here. :(

Ikkan: Yeah, it's just that I don't really feel like I'm welcomed here. 😑 (Gets up)

Warabi: "Sigh" Ok, I guess we can go now. 😞 (Hugs His Mom) Bye mom. We'll visit again sometime.

Octavia: (Hugs Back) Ok sweetie. You stay safe ok?

Warabi was about to hug his dad goodbye, but then decided not to because his dads behavior was making him uncomfortable.
As they were about to leave A Loud BOOM came out of nowhere and it quickly started to rain. (Too much rain water can be harmful to Inklings and Octolings) ⛈️

Ikkan: Oh Carp! It's storming out. We can't leave in this weather.

Warabi: Well have to wait tell the storm passes. Even if we get into the car, The roads on this hill can get muddy, slippery, and dangerous.

Octavia looked at the weather on the TV and has bad news.

Octavia: Uh Oh. It's going to be Storming like this ALL NIGHT. 😰

Ikkan: All Night?!

Warabi: Don't worry Ikkan. You can just spend the night in my old room! :D

Sidon: What?! 😧 Your not actually going to Let This Squid stay in your room all night are you?

Warabi: Of course I am! We have no where else to sleep.

Octavia: O-Ok We'll see you two tomorrow. 😅

Sidon: Ugh! Fine. 😒 but only for tonight.

Both parents walked away.

Ikkan: You sure you don't mind?

Warabi: Nope. I love it when we cuddle together! 😊

Ikkan: (Lightly Blushes) Ok. 🙄

Warabi showed Ikkan his old room. It was huge, witch isn't surprising because its in a mansion. There were some old band posters on the walls, and a large pride flag hanging over the large bed. 🏳️‍🌈

Warabi: I missed my old room. Brings back memories. 😌 (Climbs Into bed 🛌) Aren't you coming? (Pats bed)

Ikkan Nodded and climbed into the bed with Warabi. Warabi Nuzzled Ikkan's neck lovingly, but then noticed that he had a sad look on his face.

Warabi: Are you ok?

Ikkan: I'm upset that your parents don't seem to trust me. Especially not your dad.

Warabi: There just protective of me... witch I guess I don't blame them after the music school incident.

Ikkan: What Incident? 🙁

Warabi: Well You see...............

FLASH BACK
⚠️(Warning: Mentions of Bullying coming up!)⚠️

It was back when I was just 10 years old, my parents decided to move to the surface, hoping that they could give me a better life there. I loved playing classical music, and I was so talented that my parents signed me up to go to a fancy music school for talented children. And Oh My Cod I was SO Excited! My parents also hoped that I could make some friends there my age. But there was a problem... I was the first and only Octoling to go to that school. I met some inkling kids there, and they seemed really nice at first, that was until they asked me if I wanted to join there secret best friends club...

Kid Warabi: (Walks into the basement of the school) Ok guys I'm here! :D

A Flashlight was turned on to reveal 6 Inkling kids.

Pink Inkling Kid: Ok, To join our friend club you must say the sacred oath.

Kid Warabi: (Raises His Hand) ✋ I, Warabi Wasabi, Promise to be kind, Helpful, and Trustworthy! 😄

Green Inkling Kid:.............Even Though you're an OCTOLING? 😒

Kid Warabi:.............What? 😥

Suddenly the other Inkling kids pushed him down and started beating him. Warabi cried for help.

Purple Inkling Kid: Did you really think that we would allow an Octoling into our club?! Your Even Dumber than You look! 🤣

Yellow Inkling Kid: Our parents told us that your kind is evil! 😡 You don't belong here!

The Kids just continued punching and kicking the poor Octo. And he couldn't do anything to defend himself.

Kid Warabi: STOP IT! STOP IT! WHAT DID I DO GUYS?! WHAT DID I DO?! 😰

Warabi was Eventually able to get away from the kids. He ran back to his parents, covered in bruises and a black eye.

When I told my parents what happened. They were FURIOUS With the Inklings. And they never let one get even close to me again. Worried that I would get hurt again...

END OF FLASHBACK

Ikkan: Oh my Cod! Warabi I'm so sorry. That must have been traumatizing. 😰

Warabi: I was scared of Inklings after that....... Until I met you..... you showed me that not all Inklings are bad! If only my parents could see that too. 😔

Ikkan: Those kids were monsters. I would have never done that to you.

Warabi: I'm glad I met a A Squid like you Ikkan. I love you so much! I want to spend the rest of my life annoying you and loving you at the same time! 🥰

Ikkan: (Smiles) I love you too, You Dork!  As much as you drive me crazy, I'd do anything to keep you safe. 😁

Warabi: Ikkan! Your Smiling! for real this time! 😃

Ikkan: (Feels Face) I guess I am. 😃............................Wow this is actually starting to hurt!..................Seriously, how do I stop?

Warabi: Hahaha! 😂 (Pulls Ikkan Into a kiss)

Warabi's Mom and Dad were listening to them from behind the door. 🚪 both feeling touched by what they heard.

Octavia: I guess Ikkan isn't such a bad guy after all. 😧

Sidon: Yeah....... Maybe I misjudged him...........I feel terrible.........😞 But what was that "I Love You" part about? 🤔

Octavia: They Probably just meant as friends! 😁

Sidon Opened the door a little, to see his son kissing the Inkling!

Sidon: Ummmmmmm. 😳 Honey, take a look at this.

Octavia peeked through the door as well.

Octavia: Eeeeeee! My son finally has a boyfriend! 🥰

Sidon: This is going to take some getting used to. 🫤

Octavia: Come on, let's give them some privacy. We can apologize to Ikkan tomorrow. 😄

Sidon: I can't believe an Inkling might become my Son-in-law someday! 😓

Ikkan Pulled away From Warabi's Mouth. Smiling at his adorable Octo BF. Warabi laid on Ikkan's muscular chest, using him as a pillow.

Ikkan: I hope I can win your parents trust someday...... Eventually we'll have to tell them we're dating.

Warabi: I know, but until then, I'm ok with keeping it a secret. 😌

The Next Day Ikkan And Warabi's Parents got to know each other better... And Ikkan eventually Earned their trust. And Warabi couldn't be happier.
