Appearance:
Tall and lightly muscular. She has a large bust and rear area. She wears legged uniform. Her chest area is open, like Sanemi's, but she has bandages covering her breasts. Her hair is long and in a thick plait. She has a large scar across her breasts from fighting a demon. She has multiple scars on her arms and back from when she was running away from the demon at when she was younger. She also has a ice-blue and white haori over her uniform.

EDIT: I found this image of female Shinazugawa which practically shows the basic design of Okari's uniform..

Now..

I was walking through that barracks of the corps early in the morning, greating slayers of different kinds passing me by. I walked past the training grounds, over the bridge to the patch of greenery. I sat under the largest tree and rested against it. It was early morning and younger slayers were up and jogging around the barracks. Workers were mending broken parts of buildings due to fights and training gone wrong. I sat by the tree as it is the farthest place from all the noise. I close my eyes and begin waiting.

A few minutes have passed and I hear footsteps nearing closer to me. I smile and open my eyes to see the very person I knew it'd be. Gyomei Himejima.

"Took you long enough."

He smiled as he sat down next to me. He put down a package that he had been holding down between us. I gave him a knowing look. I missed breakfast this morning and I knew very well that he was going to look for me to get me to eat. Who knows, maybe he didn't eat either. He's sweet like that.

"Aww look at you. Bringing me food. Were you worried dear friend." I laughed as he opened the packages. Two lunch boxes with sushi, sushimi and wraps.

"You weren't at breakfast so I knew I'd have to get you something to eat. You can't do anything on an empty stomach." I roll my eyes at him and pick up one of the chopsticks. He had done the same. He put both his hands together, me doing the same, and began praying. After, I begin to dig into the boxes and take small pieces of sushi and stuff my face.

"Careful you don't choke like last time." Gyomei spoke with a joking tone but I could easily hear the concern in his voice.

"Kawaii." I said, swallowing. I noticed him eating a piece of sushimi and I picked up one of the wraps. I raised it up to his face as he swallowed the sushimi.

"You eat so slow. Come let me feed you, turtle san." I laughed. He smiled and opened his mouth, allowing me to feed him. I laugh as I stuff the wrap into his mouth. He didn't seem bothered. Infact he knew I was going to do it. Either way, he still looked goofy af.

"I'm convinced you want to end me now."

"Damnit, how dare you read my thoughts."

"You are an open book. You're not difficult to read."

"Damn you smart baka."

We both laugh and continue eating. It's rare for the two of us to enjoy each other's company like this as we are both continuously busy. That's why I do this. So I can hang out with the only person I can stand here. I can't stand the rest. Okay maybe Tokito. I love his dry and witty nature. And Tomioka. He's misunderstood by the rest and always keeps to himself, but that hadn't stopped me from trying to talk to him. Those two are like children to me. And they seem to see me as a mother figure which I can't hate. The rest are just annoying.

"Kyra, may I ask you something?" I look at Gyomei with curious eyes. He smiled.

"How do you look today?" I smiled, knowing exactly what he's doing.

"I look the same as always."

"So you're always beautiful." I stop and stare. I wasn't expecting THAT.

"What the.. Gyomei Himejima what on earth!?" I laughed to cover up my small bit of excitement. He laughed and reached to tug a wild hair behind my ear.

"Sorry. It just came out."

"You speak as if you can see me." I laugh.

"I can see you." He smiles.

I know he can. Only when he's with me that is. Weird right. However he can only see the basic of what's in front of him. Depending on how near I am to him.

"I know. You're such a cheesy flirt." I look away from him. I'm happy. I am the only person he is like this with. It makes me seem special as he would never be like this to anyone else.

I look out at the pond in front of me. A duck and her ducklings were swimming in circles around the pond. They look so cute. I look up at the sky. Two birds flew by. The sky was clear. No clouds. No rain. Just blue. I look back at Gyomei next to me and he was facing the pond now. It is all so nice and calm.

"Why can't things be like this all the time?" I asked looking at the Sakura leaves of the tree above me.

"Because there are demons. Until we are able to rid of all demons in the world. Nothing will ever be peaceful."

"Nothing would be peaceful either way. That's just how this cruel world is. I don't want peace. I want a better world."

"Harmony. You've spoken of this before. I promised I'd help you. But first we need to rid the world of demons before working for a better world."

"Right." Get rid of all demons. Like onii-chan. I stared at the edge of the pond near me. I begin rubbing my hands unconsciously. Gyomei had noticed this and reached to hold them in his left hand.

"Don't think too much about him. I know you want revenge on him but you must be patient." He knows me more than I know myself. I smile at him.

"Oh and Oyakata sama was looking for you earlier. It seemed important."

"I hope he has feedback on...you know."

"Let us go see him then."

"Right." I get up and watch as Gyomei does the same. He had packed the boxes together again and picked them up. We both then begin walking. On our way to Oyakata sama. For answers to a dreading question. Hopefully, he gives us the information we want to hear
