Chapter 4: Karate Taehyun

"How would you feel about competing for our school this Saturday? With your skills I know we can win." The man smiled at Taehyun.

Y/N was beyond pissed. She fights off two dudes by herself and he gets offered a spot on the karate team because he kicked one guy in the face???

"So what do you say, are you in?" Shiwoo pressed Taehyun for an answer.

"I don't know, I am pretty busy." Taehyun sighed thinking about the Yuka situation.

He looked over Y/N fuming before she groaned and stomped off. A smirk made its way onto his lips as he looked at the guy.

"Actually I think I have some room in my schedule."

The director shook his hand again. "That's fantastic, here's my card just call the number and we'll get you all set up." Shiwoo said handing him the card.

Taehyun took it and thanked him as a crowd of people cheered.

The guy Taehyun knocked out was now slowly coming back to consciousness.

The bully leader looked up and saw Taehyun. "L-look man I don't want any trouble!"

"Then beat it." Taehyun said as the leader gulped and ran.

"Wow Y/N I didn't know you could fight like that." Sunghoon said as Y/N glared at him.

"Uh oh I think she's mad." Yunjin whispered to him.

"Huh well that just happened." Taehyun said walking over and looking at the card.

Y/N crossed her arms and scoffed. "Why did you get the offer, I fought two guys on my own!"

Taehyun looked at her. "Maybe because I'm better than you."

"Oh you wanna go right now!" Y/N said about to attack him when Sunghoon grabbed her and held her back.

Taehyun rolled his eyes. "Relax it's just a karate team."

Y/N shoved off Sunghoon. "Do you know how hard it is to get into this school's karate team!?"

Taehyun shook his head. "No."

"It's really fucking hard! It makes no sense you got this opportunity and I didn't ugh!" Y/N complained before she shoved past the group.

"She's just a little jealous, I'm sure it'll blow over by tomorrow." Yunjin awkwardly laughed.

The Next Day:

"Or maybe I was wrong..."Yunjin sighed to herself. "Come on Y/N just get over it."

"Yunjin I can't just get over it." The girl flopped back onto her bed. "I've trained long and hard to be apart of that team and Taehyun gets offered the spot but not me!"

"I heard he's training today, why don't you go with him and check it out."

"Why would I do that? So he can gloat in my face some more." Y/N sighed.

"Just go."

"Ugh fine." Y/N said getting up and walking over to her closet to find something suitable to wear.

At the Training Dojo:

"So Taehyun this is where the magic happens." The guy from yesterday showed him around.

Taehyun nodded looking at some of the students in their black karate gis doing training.

"We'll get you an official school gi then you can practice with the others." Shiwoo patted his back and left.

"So you're Taehyun?" One of the students walked over to him.

Taehyun turned to him. "Yeah."

"I'm Taeyong, I heard you beat up that soccer captain yesterday."
