A FEW HOURS LATER she had worked out what time the commission would find her, what time she needed to leave Klaus's apartment, where she would go and how she would get there.
The girl was smart, she needed to be otherwise she would be dead
Klaus walked in, a cig sticking out his mouth "oh jesus, did you solve the fucking meaning of life or something? What's on all these papers?"
"It's a good start, but only for the time being, haven't figured half of the equations i need fucks sake ,but it will keep me alive for a little bit its pointless anyways, everythings pointless" she huffed throwing her pen onto the table
"Hey no absolutely not, you cannot do all this work and than say its pointless, that's like that's just bizarre you know"
She rose her eyebrows at him "All I'm saying is that all this means something, maybe you're just too sleep deprived to notice the smaller details hm? Maybe you should sleep for a while"
"I could or...do you have anything I could drink to..give me some energy?"
"Absolutely not i'm not letting you get drunk and than die when these psychos come after you he shook his head rabidly
Ben grinned, leant on the wall near Athena "that may be the only responsible thing you've ever done in your life"
"Shut your pie hole ben" he paused "thankyou"
"Fair enough well i need to wake up somehow..slap me, yea that'll wake me up" she pointed at her face eagerly
"No! You're suggesting things that will get me in jail!" he shrieked
"Fine fine, why don't you look at it, see if you see anything i don't" she huffed passing him the papers
"You want my help?"
"Sure sugar plum, you seem wise" she patted the man's head
"Why thank you little one, your not too bad yourself" he grinned
The pair sat in silence as Klaus read all her papers, occasionally sounding out the big words she used
"Well i know how you can get to the co- miss- ion" she was lucky he didn't understand her big words and didn't really know her plan; she had also changed fives name to "target" to avoid suspicion since she recently found out he's his brother
"What! How?"
"You said the commission will most likely find you tomorrow night,and you need a briefcase to find target ,you should let them find you then kick their asses because your an absolute badass and steal their fancy briefcase thing they used to get here, than poof you have a magic teleportation thingy"
"Klaus, you're an absolute genius, you know that?"
"I am?"
She grinned at the man, before slowly resting her eyes, just for a second

She woke up with a gasp "oh shit how long was i asleep"
"Jesus! You scared me uh its 4:56" the man wined
"Fuck,fuck fuck"
She paced around the room, trying to wake herself
"Hey hey it's okay it was only a couple hours" he forcefully blinked,trying to stay awake
"Hey do we have anything left from last night? Or do you have anything to eat that's not drugs? Unless you wanna let me have just one little-"
"No! Drop it you're not getting anything" he thought for a second "you know who does have food though?"
"Who?.."
"My brother the one and only...

They stood in front of a very tired, angry looking man
"Diego!!"
"What do you want, and why is there a woman with you covered in blood?"
"We were just wondering if we could get some snacks"
"Please" she added on
"Yea please we're starving!" he urged
He looked at the two and sighed "fine, still doesn't explain why there is a women covered in blood with you, weirdo"
Klaus giggled and walked into the room, raiding Diego's small fridge that surprisingly had pretty decent stuff inside
"So if i let the commission's first batch of little assassins find me, i beat their asses and take their briefcase, than i get on the next bus and sneak into a motel or something before jumping back into the commission and tracking down my target" Athena said showing a spoonful of cereal into her mouth "that's an okay plan for the time being, right?"
"Yea you should go by a fake name though, be harder to track you down right?"
"Ohh yea" she nervously chuckled remembering her fake name she was already using
"What about..Blair...Blair" he looked around "heart, yea Blair Heart aint it cute?"
"Yea that will do" she wrote it down "another problem, how am i gonna get my target to leave the commission, we don't know how he's going to react, if i speak to him face to face he might kill me, He's a trained assassin after all and their is definitely an reward at the commission for killing me" she half joked
"Good point"
"I mean i'm obviously better than him,compared to me he's just a little boy, it will be easy to scare him if you know how to do it right"
"Are you two done raiding my fridge yet?" Diego called from the other room
"Yea just a second Diego get of my ass" Klaus groaned

The time was now 8:00 and Athena and Klaus were back at his tiny apartment.
She had been getting ready for the eventful night she was sure she was going to have; she had stolen money in her pocket, her gun and one of Klaus's lighters
"So it's almost time huh?" he sighed walking behind her
"Yea, there's no turning back now"
"Is there ever a chance I'll ever get to see you again?" he asked with pleading eyes
"If everything goes to plan"
"Okay Sierra..be safe"
"Never" she grinned. She paused standing at the door "Klaus? My names not Sierra"
He gave her a confused look
"Its Athena, Athena evangeline Evans"
He was silent for a few seconds "well it's nice to meet you Athena, i'm glad you trust me little bird"
