--6am--
Emma woke up and at first she didn't realize she fell asleep in Marks bed. She was curled up into him and she didn't want to move. He was so warm and comfy. However, she needed to go get ready for the day. She got up and he didn't even move. She put her mask on and closed the door behind her quietly. She had been to Fort Worth, Texas a few times and always went Axe Throwing. So she made a reservation for Mark and herself to go. As she was getting ready she put on and tan crop top, black jean shorts, and classic cowboy boots. When she wasn't working it was a go to look. She was a country girl and she always has been. Being from Dallas and growing up there that's how her mom raised her. She put her hair in 2 separate braids and put on a Texas Longhorn baseball cap. For the first time in years she left without a mask on. On TV there were all kinds of talk show hosts on sports channels replaying the unmasking from the night before so she just left it. She was glad no one was super mean about it so that made her feel better.
--6:30am--
She went back down to Marks room and knocked but he didn't answer. It was unlocked so she just went in. Mark was still asleep and she just smiled and watched him for a bit. He looked so peaceful and calm, it was adorable. She felt bad but she walked over and tried to wake him up.
"Mark." Emma said and tapped him a little but he didn't move. She tried shaking him and it didn't work. She looked at the pillow on the other side of the bed and grabbed it before hitting him with it.
"What the hell?!" Mark jolted awake tossing his arms infront of his face. Emma just started laughing. She was laughing so hard she fell over and was holding her stomach.
"What was that for?" He tried to ask with a straight face but couldn't help but smile.
Emma stood back up and wipped the tears from her eyes "It's time to get up. We have plans."
"We do?" He looked confused and finally sat up.
She nodded "Yup. So get yourself ready country boy." She teased him
Mark rubbed his face with his hands and stood up to get ready. Emma sat on the end of his bed and turned on the TV. She didn't understand why everyone was talking about her. She just got her mask taken off, it wasn't like it was a major event. Every sports channel was talking about her and although everyone seemed to think she was pretty and didn't understand why she hid her face for so long. Emma was just lost in thought when Mark finally came back.
"Is this good enough?" He asked with a smile. He was wearing blue jeans, basic sneakers, and a black vest shirt. He also had his signiture bandana and sunglasses as well as asilver watch.
Emma looked at him "Do a spin." He listened and she giggled "You look great. Now come on." Emma grabbed his hand and they went to a truck she rented. She was driving because it was a suprise. Mark hated suprises. On the way to Dallas they stopped and got some breakfest and talked about Raw that night. When they got back in the car Emma drove them to the axt throwing place and Mark looked very confused since it wasn't labeled.
"Where are we?" He asked
Emma smiled "Dallas."
"No shit." He slapped her arm playfully
"We're axe throwing. I come here a lot when i'm home." Emma grabbed his hand and they walked inside. There were already a few groups of people there as the went to the reception desk.
"What's the name?" The employee asked
"Emily."
"Perfect. Josh should be done with his group soon." The man said and went to tell Josh.
