Izuku stood atop a building in hosu, cloak on and Rinnegan activated. He was scanning the rooftops, surely Shigaraki would want to witness his own attack himself. As Izuku overlooked the carnage that was being brought upon the city of Hosu, a Nomu attempted to attack him, though it was unsuccessful. Izuku merely stuck a black rod through it's brain before it even got close.

Izuku: "Those High Ends were much faster than these Shigaraki."

He heard clapping from behind him, the man he spoke to appearing from around a corner.

Shigaraki: "Well done, I didn't think you'd be able to sense me."

He was then grabbed by the throat.

Izuku: "You will tell me where All For One is."

Shigaraki: "N-no! You can't make me!"

Izuku then forced him to his knees.

Izuku: "Then I'll pull his location from your brain myself."

Shigaraki then went to touch Izuku's face with his hand, only for someone else to stop him.

Izuku: "Deidara, have you completed your mission?"

Bakugo: "Yeah, wasn't easy, especially with the Nomus down there. None of them seemed all that intelligent though."

Izuku: "So you didn't fight any High Ends. Good, you may have died if you fought them. Now then, back to what I was doing."

Izuku placed his hand on Shigaraki's head and grabbed his soul, though he didn't rip it out. Izuku then pushed his energy into the soul, giving him access to Shigaraki's memories. After about a minute, Izuku put Shigaraki's soul back in control of his body. Izuku spoke to him in his last seconds of consciousness.

Izuku: "You fought to protect information you don't even know. I can respect you for that, but know the next time All For One and I cross paths, you will no longer have a master to serve."

With that both Izuku and Bakugo walked away, quickly taking off their cloaks to blend in with the terrified crowds.

It had been a few days since the Hosu incident and the Akatsuki had assembled in one of their many hideouts, this one being close to UA. Within this hideout, a machine had just finished being built. Kakuzu tightened the last bolt and stood up. She wiped the sweat from her forehead and walked over to where the others were.

Kakuzu: "So, do you two feel like filling us in on just what this thing is?"

Izuku: "Yes. This, is what All For One and Doctor Garaki use to implant new quirks into Nomus. It is able to replicate the usage of the All For One quirk to remove and implant quirks."

Tsu: "Then why do we have it? -kero-"

Izuku: "Because we need to get stronger, fast. Me and Bakugo have already gone through many of the research files Garaki had, living humans are in fact capable of going through this process. There are limits however."

Kakuzu: "What are they?"

Bakugo: "Basically if we don't wanna end up brain dead dumbasses, we need to limit ourselves. Since I have an emitter quirk, I can only handle one more."

Izuku: "Tsu can handle two more quirks though they cannot be mutant types."

Kakuzu: "What about me?"

Izuku: "As a transformation type, you can handle either a mutant type or an emitter type but it can only be one or the other. Now, follow me."

Izuku walked over to something covered by a large white sheet. He then pulled it off, revealing around a hundred glass containers, each holding a quirk.

Izuku: "These are the quirks Deidara was able to retrieve from the remains of the underground facilities around Jakku. They've been organized by type, so please feel free to pick. Be sure to stick to your limit."

Izuku then stepped off to the side to allow the others to pick. After a few minutes, they each walked over with one canister except for Tsu who had chosen two.

Tsu: "Why didn't you pick one Midoriya? -kero-"

Izuku: "Due to how my quirk behaves, I don't know how even one extra will affect me. The quirk genes are only in mu eyes which would suggest a mutant type, but I can turn them on and off, suggesting a transformation type."

Tsu just nodded.

Izuku: "Now, please do show me what you've chosen."

Bakugo: "I've had this picked out since I found it. Earth Golem. Apparently I can make dirt puppets from my skin and control them. Sound pretty badass right?"

Izuku: "It sounds great. Tsu?"

Tsu: "-kero- I chose Stamina Thief. According to the file Bakugo found of it, I can steal the stamina of whoever I come into contact with. That and another called Thick Scale. -kero- I'm able to grow tough and thick scales where ever I want. I figured if I combined both on my tongue, I could steal stamina while using the scales to rip into my targets."

Kakuzu then stepped up.

Kakuzu: "This is called Elemental Fear. It allows whoever has it to unleash powerful elemental attacks."

Izuku: "These all seem to be good match ups for you all. Now, just to make sure, are you all okay with getting hooked up to this machine?"

They all nodded. Kakuzu then spoke up again.

Kakuzu: "Let me go first. I'm the most likely to survive the process."

Izuku: "Very well, let's begin."

He and Kakuzu walked over to the large machine. Izuku took the quirk canister from her and placed it in a slot where it was then locked in place. He then took what looked to be two IV drip needles and put them in her arms. After that he attached different wires to her body.

Izuku: "Ready?"

Kakuzu: "As I'll ever be. Hit it."

Izuku nodded and turned the machine one. The canister quickly emptied, pushing all of the liquid into her veins, then the machine began to send shocks to different parts of her body. To Tsu it looked like it was torturing her, but Bakugo and Izuku knew what was happening. The machine was forcing her body to react and her heart rate to go up, forcing the canister liquid to circulate faster and making her body process it much faster.

15 minutes later and the machine stopped. Kakuzu pulled the wires off and the needles out. She then thrusted her hand out and a torrent of flames shot from her hand, it had worked.

Izuku: "Which one of you are next?"

The Akatsuki had just gotten stronger, but would they be strong enough to fight off what was to come next? Only time will tell.
