3rd Person POV
As all the men get aboard the ship they notice after a few moments that both Widow and Omega are in Omega's 'Bedroom', Hunter makes his way to tell Widow what the plan is but before he is able to make it he see's Omega climbing down, he notices behind the curtain Widow is watch the girl leave with a curious expression. Hunter notices Widow pull aside the thin fabric that is the door and watches with amusement. Everyone else watches with curiosity to their own expressions, wondering why Widow herself hasn't come down yet, Fives will occasionally glance towards his long time friend that is held up on the gunners seat, things didn't go as he planned back at Cid's, he needed to pull her aside and actually talk to her.
"No" Omega starts as she stands in front of Hunter with her arms crossed in front of her chest, Hunter kneels down to be eye level with Omega encouraging her to go on "Widow doesn't want to be bothered right now" Omega finishes, Widow couldn't help herself "Hey now I nev-" she tried to explain before Omega turns back to her with her index pointed up in the air mimicking Tech "I said no and that's final" Omega says sternly with a small pout on her face as she climbs back up and moves to sit next to the woman she is protecting.
Widow couldn't help but look taken aback, with her mouth slightly gaped open, she scans everyone just to see the shocked and stunned looks on all of her men that stood before her. She looks to Hunter and breathes out a laugh as they are making eye contact with each other "Oh dear, shes a mini me" Widow chuckles out and amazement as she once again looks towards everyone, Echo couldn't help the small smile that formed on his lips as he saw her climb back into Omegas room "So that's where the kid stays?" Fives ask "Yeah, thanks to you none of us can go see her now vod" Echo playfully but seriously remarks to him as he goes up to sit in the cockpit to assist Tech for take off.
Widows POV
A few hours pass by as were in hyper space, and once omega is asleep, I climb out of the gunners seat, so that way I can stretch my body for it was stiff being so cramped up for so long, gazing around noticing the slew of men that are resting in various parts of the ship, Tech was asleep on his work bench looking like he was tinkering before he fell asleep, Wrecker is in the corner with his head draped back against the wall with a loud snore that is coming from him, Hunter was no where to be seen in here but the door to the Navi room was closed so it was safe to assume he's in there to get away form the sensory overload out here. Then my attention falls to the cockpit, both Fives and Rex are sitting at the controls, making my way to them my confidence is beginning to return as I enter into the room.
"Alright men spill it" Smiling as they were caught off guard with my appearance, as I took a seat in the cockpit. Fives clears his throat "W-we-" his throat clears once more "Long story short, I had a blaster resistance vest under that armor and Rex helped me get to safe house off world to keep low" Fives explains to me, my arms are crossed while I have my left leg bouncing signaling my anxiety "I tried to get ahold of you in out private comm channel, I left numerous messages for you. But I can see why you didn't check it" I look to him with one of my eyebrows sending him a questioning look "You know since you thought I was dead and all" he finishes trying to lighten the mood with a chuckle. Looking over to him I couldn't help the small smile that appeared on my face when he tried to make light of the very dark situation, "I had also tried to use our private comm channel to let you know that he was okay, but someone decided to leave without telling me." Rex interjects with a smirk, looking over to him, I couldn't help but let out a chuckle " yeah I guess I deserve that, again Rex I'm really sorry I didn't stay listen and talk to you" I gave him a sincere look and helps that he knows that I am being very serious about this.
"If I'm being quite honest, I'm more relieved you weren't with us when everything happened" Rex explain softly to both Fives and I as he stands up. "By the way, how did you wind up with Cone Force 99?" He questions before he started to make his way out of the room. Chuckling to myself "It's quite a simple story. I was just assigned to them after the 501st" I explain calmly to the captain. With a sad look he glances back my way "So you were their newest member who had to go on a side mission when I worked with them" he states "Yeah... that would be me" I smile softly at him noticing he looks down but smiles softly at me again "My statement still remains so I'm more glad that you weren't with us when everything happened" he pauses as looks to me "Besides Hunter sounded like a lovesick loth cat when we would ask about his new teammate" Rex finishes with a playful smile "Wow Wid you really know how to make a first lasting impression with people" Fives pops off, in the distance we hear from the Navi room, a small clatter followed by muffled groans of irritation "huh is that so Rex?" I smile back playfully knowing Hunter can hear us loud and clear, with that last statement, the Navi room opens to reveal Hunter who is avoiding eye contact with all of us as he makes his way to the mini refresher that is on the ship.
*Bracca*
Once we head off the ship looking around noticing the old republic cruisers that are now out of commission "It's like a graveyard of ships" I softly say, "Follow me." Rex orders us, making our way through the ships my heart breaks slightly seeing all of this "Bracca may not be much to look at, but it has exactly what we need." Rex pauses "I had my inhibitor chip taken out on a Jedi cruiser just like that." he continues to explain, hearing that my head snaps to him, Rex looks back over to me signaling not now "That's where we're heading." He finishes, we hear Wrecker let out a whine almost "Then why'd we land all the way over here?" Wrecker complains, my facial reaction towards him screamed 'Are you serious right now?' to him. Shaking my head as we all keep close to each other, leading is Rex, behind him is Hunter, myself and fives standing side by side to each other with the exception of Omega in front of us so that way Hunter and I know where she is at, then trailing behind us is Wrecker, Echo and tech side by side.
Once we reach the top, we see the Jedi cruiser that Rex is referring too. Hunter stops "Everyone down." we all kneel down to keep out of sight of the threat we haven't seen yet, "That's why." Rex explains as he looks over to Wrecker "It's the Scrapper Guild." Tech informs us from behind "They control this entire planet. We need to keep out of sight from their patrols. Let's move." Rex orders as we steer clear of them. As we are walking along the scrapping planet we couldn't help but notice fresh Jedi cruisers that were recently brought here, my eyes widen as I noticed the yellow Jedi starfighter that looks very similar to Anakin Skywalker's, my gaze is not going unnoticed by Rex Hunter and fives "Do you guys wonder if he made it out?" I ask them "We can't afford to think about that right now Wid" Fives nudges my arm causing me to redirect my attention to the task at hand, "Right, making sure we get those chips out is the most important thing right now" softly i say to myself.
As we finally approach the Jedi cruiser omega can't help but let out a gasp and look of amazement "It's so much bigger up close" she states "This is an original Venator-class ship from the first batch off the line." Rex explains to her "First off the line, huh? Just like you, Rex." Wrecker says before he laughs, causing a chain of soft laughs coming from Fives and I. As we approach to a spot where we have to jump over to the other side, Hunter starts to look down towards the water below "What is it?" Tech ask as he looks towards Hunter "Stay above the water line" Hunter Orders us as we all hear the metal rumbling in the distance. Once we are all safely across we begin our walk towards the inside of the cruiser "The last time I was aboard one of these it didn't end so well." Rex starts to remember his experience "If the inhibitor chip isn't something you can control, how'd you get yours out?" Echo rightfully questions the Captain "I had help from a friend, she had hope in me even when my chip activated" Rex explains to us, meanwhile I couldn't help the smile that came across my face hearing that "So shes safe and okay then? Right?" I ask him as he looks back to me and nods before turning his attention to the task at hand "Wait who is she?" Omega ask curiously as she looks up to me "Later" I simply state to her.
Shortly after we stop when we see a visible gap in the floor way of the Jedi cruiser, we all stand aside to make sure that none of us fall down into the abyss of the pit. "The medical bay's at the other end. Wrecker, grab that cable." Rex explains to us, "This? W-Why? W-W-What are you gonna do with it?" Wrecker ask worriedly as he hands the cable to Rex. The Captain takes the cable from Wrecker and hands it to me as I walk up to him and take the cable from him "Now if you miss Wid, I will make sure you will never live it down" Fives chuckles to him self "Hey now I might be a little rusty, its not often I find myself in these situations anymore" I quip back to him before I roll my shoulders back feeling the popping of my joints, I make my way towards the far end of the room for a running head start, i ran towards the ledge leaping off of it with the cable in hand, when gravity pulls my body down into the abyss i hear audible gasp from everyone in the batch, quickly i pull out my grapple hook and throw it as my body starts to fall. The grapple hooks onto a pipeline saving my skin as it swings me over to the other side, landing my body tucks into itself as it tumbles for a moment, quickly I'm able to get my body to land on my feet as I'm kneeled down, my hand with the cable is firmly on the ground.
