In the Hiruzen Office Team 7 and Team 9 were waiting for the Fire Daimyo to arrive. It's been 3 days since they return from the Mist Village. What both Teams did was already all over the Elemental Nations, especially what team 7 did.
While they were waiting for both Hiruzen and the Fire Daimyo, everyone's attention was on Team 7 more specifically one Naruto since something had changed. He still had the same outfit, his whiskers marks, his blue eyes, and his red hair... That's right folks Naruto's Sunny blonde hair was now red just like her mother's. Not only that but his Chakra levels had probably doubled. If before his Chakra was level was as Hiruzen now it was far above it.
But that's not the only thing that change everyone could feel that both Rias and Sona Chakra levels had at least tripled. They were now low Hokage level. Sasuke had also changed, he saw more confidence in himself also they could feel like he was somehow above them. Kakashi had also changed his left eye was now open but instead of the Sharingan was a normal black eye also his Chakra was more than before. How did this happen well it happen during the last 3 days.
Flashback 3 days ago Mindscape of Naruto.
Team 7 was in shock The Nine Tail Beast was telling them, no asking them to kill the masked man and Madara Uchiha.

" And since Madara was the only one who knew it at the time he must be alive and pulling the string of everything that is happening. " Kakashi said now seeing the danger that everyone faces.
" That's right, but since Madara's apprentice doesn't have the Final Version of the Sharingan he can only control 2 Jinchutikies at the time. " He said making Sasuke and Kakashi look at the Nine Tails in confusion.
" What do you mean about the last version? " Sasuke asks gaining the attention of the Nine Tails. The Nine Tails only stared at him like he was judging him.
" I see it looks like you aren't like Madara or the Mask Uchiha. Very well I will tell you. You see all about the Uchiha being a power-hungry Clan is a complete lie. In the entire Elemental theirs no other Clan that loves their kin than the Uchiha, maybe the Uzumaki could be at their level but the Uchiha had then beaten in theirs. " He said making Team 7 wide eye in shock since they all knew that the Uchiha were power-hungry.
" The problem is that very emotion that corrupts the Uchiha. When an Uchiha lose the one that he or she loves the most their love for the person becomes pure hatred towards the one who kills their loved one. When that happens the Sharingan evolves into an even stronger form. The Mangekyou Sharingan. " He said making everyone to be shocked at this information.
( 'That's why Itachi said to kill my best friend he wants me to have the Mangekyou Sharingan but why. ' ) Sasuke thought as now it was making sense what Itachi told him.
" But even that comes with a cost. " The Nine Tails said making Sasuke pay attention to him. " The Mangekyou may give the Uchiha powers that could rival in power Chomei the 7 Tails beast but it comes with a terrible cost and that is total blins of the user. " He said. making everyone gasp. "But there's a way to surpass it and gain even more power. If 2 blood brothers Awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan, one of them became the sacrifice and gives his eyes to the other one, the one who receives the Mangekyou will fuse both of them and create a new Sharingan an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan who would give the Uchiha power that would rival my own. " He finishes, Sasuke of the shock felts to the ground with a lost look.
" Sasuke are all right? " Sona said as she was next to him, the rest of the team went to him.
" So that's why Itachi told me to kill my best friend he wants me to get the Mangakyou Sharingan so that he could obtain the final form of the Sharingan." He said as he now knew why Itachi did the massacre.
" Itachi how low have you fallen? " Kakashi said as he saw that not only Naruto was in danger but also Sasuke.
Naruto seeing the person that he sees as a brother begins to walk towards the Nine-Tails, the rest of team 7 saw what Naruto was doing but no one moved.
" Nine-Tails if you want our help to stop then you have to help us, as much I hate to say this we are weak, Kakashi is probably the only one here that can fight Itachi and that's still a maybe. So I ask you please help us. " Naruto said as he bow a little, the rest of his team was stunned by what Naruto did, but he was right if they were to stop Itachi, the Mask Uchiha, and Madara they need all the help they can get.
The Nine-Tails were shocked by no one not even Mito or Kushina for his help. They just take his power without even asking. But these Humans were different than he remember what his father said.
( "There will be a time where you guys will fight with the humans, not as weapons but as friend teammates. " )
( ' Old man I will give your words a try. ' ) The Nine-Tails thought. " Very well I will help you since from all the Humans I have seen you four have gained my respect. First you my jailer. " He said as Red Chakra begin to surround Naruto in a red sphere after a few minutes where Kakashi, Rias, Sasuke, and Sona could hear the sound of pain coming from the sphere, it crack open revealing a new Naruto. He no longer had blonde hair now he had the traditional Uzumaki hair.
Naruto out of breath fell to his knees panting, seeing that Team 7 went towards Naruto.
" What *huff * did * huff * you do * huff *? " Naruto asks Trie.
" I have made your Uzumaki Blood to be the domain one. Previously your father's Blood was the domain one that's why you had blonde hair and you could bearly use the Adamantine Chains, but now you are more Uzumaki than before at least 85% of your blood is Uzumaki, try to use your Chains. " The Kyubi said, at the Naruto active his Bloodline and it shock him. Normally he had to make an effort to pull them out but now it was like nothing he hear a gasp from his friends and turn to look only for his eyes to widen. His one pair of Chains were now 5 pairs of Chains five in his right and five in his left.
Not only that even though anyone could bearly see it the Chains to the right of Naruto had a light green glow while the Chains to his left had a light blue glow.
" I see that you notice. " The Kyubi spoke making everyone look at him. " The Uzumakies could also put their Elemental Chakra in their Chains making them even more deathly. Now Uchiha come forward. " He said which Sasuke did what the Kyubi said. The Kyubi saw that Sasuke didn't look scared what's more he could see that Sasuke didn't see him with arrogance.
With one of his tails he touches Sasuke's forehead and like what happen with Sasuke also let out some pain sounds, After a few seconds the Kyubi remove his tail from Sasuke's forehead and he fell to the floor, his eyes were covered by his hear so no one could see then.
Sona went towards him and help him to get at when Sasuke's hair stopped covering his eyes, Sona, Kakashi, Naruto, and Rias gasp. Sasuke's normal Sharingan was now completely changed.
