I was watching Ben 10 Alien Force and Ultimate Alien and saw the Plumber's kids being half human half and half alien. Seeing how three of their parents were aliens from the original Ben 10 series, I wanted to make one as well.
As you can see, he's half Galvanic Mechamorph. Whether his father or mother was the Mechamorph, don't even ask how having a baby would work if the mother was the alien.
Anyway, he has a prosthetic arm that is his go-to mechanical object to upgrade into a weapon. He also loves to use vehicles as upgraded weapons too, like forklifts, etc.
His story with how he meets Ben, Gwen, and Kevin is that he's a thief. Particularly, a tech thief and sell on the alien black market. When he tried stealing some tech from a certain Doctor, Dr. Animo caught him and decides to use him to steal something for him, even a piece of it will suffice, the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix.
So, Nate goes and steals a part of Ben's watch, plus Kevin's car. When that happens, Ben goes "Hero time" and gets… Jetmonkey.
Soon, Nate gets the piece of the Omnitrix to Animo, who double-crosses the young man, taking his prosthetic arm to upgrade his evolution ray now with the Omnitrix piece to make so many new species and conquer the world.
And so, Ben and his friends track down Nate and fight Animo. Admittedly with some new mixed aliens. After the fight, Nate gets his arm back and is given a chance to become a true Plumber instead of a common thief.
