Chapter 2

Nick remembers after a few minutes clearly what happened last night.

Nick's POV Last night I was on my computer and out of no where i ended up out side. I dont know how i got there i just ended up there. I took a look around to see where i was. I was in New York. I just started walking and walking because i didnt know what to do. I walked into this store and this boy was sitting and asked what was wrong with me like if he knew something was wrong. I told him i didnt know how i got here. He told me he knew how i got there and it scared me. I asked him why? He said because i am here to meet the thing that will change my life forever. I said what is it? He said i have to find out by myself. I asked the boy what his name was. He said me name is john and you are? I am Nick, can you help me find what i am here for? John said he cant but he will show me around the city. So we were walking around and i seen that there is a place with a sign saying help needed and i thought if i am gonna be in here for a while im gonna need money for things to help me survive. I went in to talk to them and they said i can have the job as long as i follow to rules. I am now working as a cook. I asked when i could start and they said tommorrow. I walked out. I am going to go to the store to get work clothes. I walk into this store which i thought was gonna have men clothing but all it had was mainly women clothes. I seen this girl walking to me, she was so beautiful she asked me what i am doing there and i told her i thought this was a women and men store and she said it isnt. I asked her what he name is she said Mandy. I told her how beautiful she was and asked her for coffee. She said yes but it has to be thursday. i smiled at her and walked out. I seen a store where to get men work clothes so i asked john if he could help me buy stuff and i will pay him back when i get payed. He was happy to help. We walked out with enough clothes for me and went back to johns home. He made up the guest room for me and i went into it to sleep.

Nick wakes up the next morning and gets ready for work. He walks himself to work and he spends the whole day there. Before he leaves the manager pays him with alot of money and thats when he knew he was gonna love that job. He left work.
